Pros: Mrs. Veronica during a check-out professionally asked if we liked the stay but I didn't want to complain experiencing a piece of professionalism :) A bus stop is next to the hotel, there are also supermarkets like Mercadona very close.

Cons: I found some hair in the bath when we come to the room, very disgusting Despite providing data for the invoice, I got the document without those data, they lost/ignored provided details. We had half board option chosen, in the restaurant when we came for a dinner we got information that drinks are excluded, so we ordered water and sangria. Day later we heard apologises that a waiter made mistake and we should not have paid for water (they didn't remove that water from the bill, it wasn't worth to claim). I ordered a beef (I speak both Spanish and English) and I got gnocchi. In the restaurant during breakfast they could not operate on time, there was a lack of food for long minutes, even there were many visitors it was clear that they did a mess probably due to wrong priorities.

Cons: When we arrived at the hotel, we were turned out by the reception staff because they said that our reservation was not there and they did not have rooms. Because my husband made scandal, they gave us a room and wanted to charge us more, twice more than it was confirmed. Very bad experience, especially having a toddler with us.

Pros: The hotel has a great location. Right in front of the hotel is a bus station where you can get on the bus which takes you to the city centre (on Plaza de la Reina) within 15 minutes. There is another bus station near the hotel which you can use to get to the city beach. But be aware that the transport by buses around the city is quite chaotic, since the bus station in the opposite direction is not usually across the street but approximately 10-15 minutes far away. The nearest underground station is Ayora (approximately 10 minutes walk from the hotel). From Ayora you can get to the centre and there is a direct line to the airport. The breakfast was simply amazing! Wide choice of food (buns, sliced bread, toasts, huge amount of sweet pastry (croissants, doughnuts etc.), amazing coffee, juice, scrambled eggs, salami, ham, cheese, sausages, cereals etc.). Everything was pretty tasty. The breakfast room is very spacious and beautiful. The hotel has a very nice modern interior. The room was smaller with a simple design, clean, beds were very comfy, bathroom was huge and stunning. There was an electric kettle with coffee/tea, a fridge and a safe. Moreover, the hotel provides you with the possibility to borrow an iron with an ironing board.

Cons: The only negative aspect of this hotel was, unfortunately, its staff - a young lady and a young boy who were together in the reception in the afternoons and in the evenings during our stay (28.9. - 30.9.2019). They were both unwilling to give an advice always having sour expression on their face. Moreover, they were smiling at each other sneakily when we or two older men in front of us were asking some questions (how to get somewhere and what they would recommend to see in the city etc.) like if the inquiries were totally dumb. More specifically, we needed to help with how to get back to the hotel from the city centre (since as I have written above, there is no bus stop on Plaza de la Reina in the opposite direction). The guy told me with an unpleasant tone that their guests never had problems with getting back to the hotel from the centre and since I insisted whether he could show me on a map where is that bus stop located, he unwillingly started looking for the bus stop on the internet. Or I needed to go with my mother to the hospital, so I asked the lady whether she could help me with finding the nearest hospital with an emergency (it was Sunday evening) because my mother needed to see the doctor urgently. At first she looked at me like whether I am serious and then again unwillingly and very slowly started looking for some hospital. I do not mean to offend anyone, but I sincerely think that their behaviour was not professional. Their attitude is what destoyed the otherwise great impression of this hotel and is the reason why I will probably choose another hotel when visiting Valencia next time.

Pros: Like the reception staff, the bathroom, the whole apartment and equipment.

Cons: The air condition was working too slow, and to cool the room it was needed more than 2 hours, in other way the windows are not opening. Everything else great.

Pros: Excellent hotel - location near to city center and beach. Room was spacious and all staff very helpful. Would recommend.

Cons: We have to wait to get to breakfast which was quite annoying. Obviously there's not enough tables and waitresses because this happened. Gym is totally missed opportunity, great place in the top of the hotel but very low quality equipment.

Cons: Room small for two adults and a child. Carpet disgustingly dirty. No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. Got the room at a cheap rate so you get what you pay for. I have learned a valuable lesson.

Pros: Hotel location was convenient for us, with restaurants and other facilities in easy reach. For tourists, it's good to know that it's a walking distance from Oceanic & other attractions. For shopping, Aqua mall & El Corte Ingles are only a few minutes away. The bus stop is only a few meters away. It's important to note that there is a bidet in the bathroom.

Cons: Rooms are not spacious and no bell boy to carry the luggage. Towels shortage till you ring them, but they deliver them quickly. No tissues in bathroom, and no slippers till you request them.

Pros: Our room was on the top floor and had a private terrace - it was absolutely amazing to do excercises in the morning sun or have a light dinner in the evening.

Cons: The room was rather small, the bed could also be better. But the worst thing was the wait time to use the iron! One morning I had to go to work without ironing my shirt, though I had asked for the iron the previous evening. Please invest into a few extra irons, it can’t go on like this!

Pros: I very much liked dinning in the Chinese restaurant near to the Hotel. Since times I've never eaten such delicious Asiatic food. The icecreams eaten in the parlor just close to this restaurant were also excellent.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was rather good. Perhaps the parking and its accesses to the hotel weren't very good.

Cons: During night sometimes was hearing the main ventilations , which is was not so noisy. Depending on client subjectivity.

Pros: The restaurant menu of the day was terrific, good choices and a very reasonable price for a hotel of this rating.

Cons: It was a little further from the old city centre than I realised. I am fine with walking that distance, but others may not be. An occasional shuttle service to the one or two two places would a fantastic service to offer.

Pros: Breakfast good but breakfast room small and somewhat cramped. It would be better to use the spacious ground floor bar dining room. Staff very helpful and courteous. Excellent restaurant food in the evening. Tasty, well prepared and well presented food. Better than expected, some dishes matching and exceeding those found in fine dining establishments. Friendly and efficient waiting service in restaurant.

Cons: Nothing to dislike as such but see above re breakfast room. Bar service poor. I had to go to kitchen door to attract barman's attention.

Pros: I got the room with terrace balcony which was great nice spacious and nice way to get a tan. Bed was huge.

Cons: The bathroom could get an upgrade l, old cracked tiles black in corners. Other annoying thing was the loo role holder was shocking. There was no way of just keeping the roll in the holder without it falling out on one side as there was nothing to stop it falling on one side. I think the actual room size was ok, tv could be bigger and the distance from bed to tv is big.
