Everything was perfect!!
Nothing, it was a very good place to stay.
Service was exceptional, as was the fine dining and whole environment. Just a fabulous place to treat ones self
Slight confusion as to what constitutes a twin room. But immediately got upgraded to the best suite/villa ever!
This has been a very well thought out hotel/guest house. Sensational stay!! On arrival we were welcomed with a fresh juice, warm hand towels and smiles from the hotel staff. Our concierge greeted us and showed us to our room, which we were kindly upgraded, being the only residents at the time of stay! The room was beautiful! We had an outdoor high pressure large shower, bath tub, gorgeous bathroom, comfortable bed and private reading room, with TV, tea and coffee facilities, fridge, etc. Incense and citronella are lit at dusk around the rooms and common areas. The common area for guests was the epitome of relaxing! They offer two reading rooms, one filled with large coffee table books with lounges that overlooks the infinity pool. This area is also the meal area for breakfasts and dinners, with large communal tables. At those times they play soft tranquil music. The other main reading area is also the 'games room' which offers a range of board games. Throughout the resort there is ample space to lounge and relax. The gardens are beautiful with pathways meandering through to main areas such as the treatment and massage room, an outdoor spa area, and large pond. The pool is clean and overlooks the garden. The 'T' shape also allows you to swim laps, if so inclined. Each morning our concierge met us and was very kindly and sincere. She was our point of contact for many services such as bookings, local knowledge and recommending sites and restaurant spots, etc. Other service staff are always available nearby and offer the same service also food and drinks orders. I cannot fault this place! We knew this booking would be lovely but every thing was exceptional! I have no doubt your stay will be too! We look forward to coming back to Sri Lanka and staying for longer next time!
I cannot fault this place!!
Stunning property. Small enough to feel very homely, but it seemed to have a new space to explore at every corner. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Rooms, as with the rest of the property, are beautifully decorated. The pool is gorgeous and the perfect temperature. Very tempting to just stay in your private resort rather than venture into town. The multi-course breakfast was delicious, and the staff were warm and attentive. Would love to come back.
In this house everything was perfect. I highly recommend. For a couple best place.
Going home back again.
