10.0 Excellent
Pros: The decoration is simple but elegant. Very calming and comfortable to stay in the room. And I enjoyed my luxurious-feeling bathtub after a full day of walking around.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Ask for a view of the piazza and high floor. Excellent breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good The bar was great Good dinner recommendations Great location, close to city center
Cons: Parking was not available in hotel, public parking nearby was very challenging, maybe because it was a weekend
5.0 Okay
Pros: This is the third time we stay at this hotel. We love all of it, in particular the rooms, the breakfast, the bar and the location.
Cons: This is the third time we stay at this hotel. It is a great hotel as I mention above. However, this time we were given a room (No 136) with a communicating door to another guest room. This was awful since we could hear the other guests very very clearly during our whole stay. On top of that, our neighbours returned to their room at 3:30 in the morning waking us up and, honestly, I first thought they were in our room! If the hotel continues to rent such rooms separately they absolutely need to improve the insulation to provide soundproofness! Also the emergency lamp next to the door, suddenly lit up at 5am, Again this woke us up as the room was very bright and it also got us worried something was wrong. After about 30 minutes the light went off.
7.1 Good
Pros: The service, The food, The toiletries, The cleanliness
Cons: The lack of usable space in the rooms. No vanity in the bathrooms. Not ideal for two people ,

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It has the best location in Turin, i had amazing time with friends I think it was the best experience for me in Italy.
Cons: I was surprised by the Italian law of iron, i was shocked when the receptionist told me that I can't have an iron because it was by the law plus I wasn't informed earlier about it.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everyone is eager to please
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were greeted warmly when we arrived. The receptionist instantly made us feel welcome and well cared for. The room was everything we expected it to be, perfect in every way. The beds were like a slice of heaven, the pillows just right. The room was decorated in light colours and very beautiful. When they were closed for the nigjt, the curtains stopped even the slightest ray of light in from the street outside. The location is the best in Torino. We will never stay at another hotel in Torino in the future.
Cons: I wosh my stay would have lasted longer.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location near all the major sites / fabulous bars ,restaurants and boutiques situated nearby . Rooms very clean , comfortable bedding. Great decor throughout the hotel / lovely foyers and great outdoor area.
Cons: Room was a little on the small side for a twin share . No kettles in room for tea/coffee facilities.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I got all what I expected from NH
Cons: Another 20-30% discount would be nice
8.8 Excellent
Cons: There is no parking lot. The nearest costs 25 euro per day. Beside that everything was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern hotel, but with a unique, historically influenced structure, dramatic five-story entry atrium. Rooms good size, comfortable. Good size bathroom, plenty of hot water (tub-shower combo in this room). Lots of choices on the cable TV (including English, French, German besides Italian channels). Tremendous breakfast buffet, anything you could want, good coffee. Desk staff efficient & helpful - will call for restaurant reservations for you, etc. A bit larger than the hotels that we usually prefer, but mostly does not feel impersonal. And there don't seem to be many quality smaller hotels in Turin. Location is unbeatable - 2 minutes to Roman gate, 5 minutes to cathedral with the Shroud of Turn (which of course is not on display because of its fragility). In the other direction, many cafes, gelaterias, restaurants. Main shopping streets a pleasant walk away. Don't miss Via LaGrange, with its several gourmet food shops, cafes, restaurants. (Cafe Gatsby a special favorite with us.) Be sure to have a bicerin at some point (espresso, hot chocolate, whipped cream neatly layered) - a Turin invention that I'm now addicted to!
Cons: Nothing really. We like Turin, and always come back to the Santo Stefano for its comfort and superb location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, the staff, the beauty

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, rooms, food
Cons: Staff could speak better English :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything...the staff, the place, the service I was impressed mostly by the service, especially the porters carrying your luggage and bags to your room, and bringing/parking your car in the garage themselves
Cons: Nothing...our stay was perfect
5.1 Okay
Pros: Beds
Cons: Nastiest people I have ever met and the internet in the room was slower that dial up. I had to go into the hallway

Pros: Courtesy from Staff and parking facility
Cons: View from window was public parking and industry
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are big, clean and confortable. Breakfast and restaurant ok. Noce and modern buolding
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff were excellent, especially the Manager and the Reception staff. We were going through a very warm spell by UK standards and they were kind enough to turn on the aircon for us for the whole of our stay which we considered a really nice gesture. We were slightly apprehensive as to any changes by the new owners, however our stay was just as enjoyable as our previous visits. Breakfast for example was just as good as before, fortunately not based on your average Hilton offer. The local area is of great interest. Reception will lend you a key to the roof which was the old Fiat test track. In fact the hotel is the redeveloped factory. Dont miss Eataly over the road, a wonderful combination of restaurants and fine food. There is a driverless underground train from here to the centre of Turin which takes about 15 minutes. The only downside was the replacement of the lovely original plans of the factory dotted throughout the hotel with inferior copies.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All was great
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Coffee and service was excellent

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great
Cons: Did dot like the dinning area for breakfast, The buffet table is set in the lobby. Had to walk through the front desk with the food selection. About the food: 1. Eggs were cold 2. The cappuccino was served cool 3. the food selection: Since Turin is in Piemonte I was looking for a variety of cheeses, At the table were only 2 kind of cheeses cut in squares of (one X one) as being sold in Cosco very disappointing.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect hotel for business trips in the center of Torino! Very good place
8.8 Excellent
Pros: If you want to stay in the Center of Torino this is the place to stay. The friendly team will do its best to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are well equipped and spacious and open to a silent inner garden.
Cons: Coffee - but no problem just cross the street and get yours at the next bar. And keep in mind that there is as in every city center no parking space and all Italian city centers have limitations for cars. The next garage is not if the cheap kind.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location, the staff and the clean..
Cons: The breakfast so poor.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly, room was great.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location, the room was very comfortable and the bathroom was great. Breakfast staff was awesome. Had a capo for you right away.
Cons: WIFI in the hotel room would not connect. Reception gave us another PW but that wasn’t the issue, that area on the 3rd floor just would not connect. Also, they shouldn’t advertise a spa if you have to pay 18 euro per person. You’d think you’d get it for half price or it would come with the expensive room. Plus you have to pay for parking, 32 Euro 2 night stay. I think we’ll look for a different hotel next time around.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Really comfy bed. Lovely staff - was given an upgrade.
Cons: Couldn’t make the room cooler (air con not working).
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good location, friendly staff.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel - has everything you need. Lobby is spacious and plenty of seating areas. Breakfast was quite good too. Rooms were sizeable. Luggage storage facilities are handy.
Cons: If you're visiting Turin for the first time to see the city, the location isn't the best. It's a good 20-25 minute walk away from the main town. Some of the rooms facing the street were a little noisy as you could hear passing traffic and trams. Lifts are very slow. There are only 2 staff on the front desk - could be a bit slow when it's busy.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: quite and comfortable room, great position. Breakfast was not included in the room's price, but not expensive and with huge choices of drinks and food. Overall highly recommended
Cons: they should improve the equipment in the gym. During my stay, there was a event in the hotel and I was not informed about the changes in breakfast service hours.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location. Professional and pleasant staff. Rooms are good sized, modern and very clean.
Cons: All in all the rooms are very good. In the interest of constructive criticism: the shower is very good, but the floor between the shower stall and greater bathroom is a potential trip as it becomes very slippery when wet. Additionally, this area does not drain very fast. The bathroom sink is not internal inclined to encourage drainage which is a little strange. My wife would have appreciated if the small mirror would have an zoom in power facility to make it more friendly mirror for make up.
6.0 Good
Pros: Comfortable and clean
Cons: I could feel the springs through the matrass and there was no bath
8.2 Excellent
Pros: They were able to accommodate my request to store my breastmilk in their freezer and I truly appreciated it.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The room service menu was very healthy and as a snack during kitchen closure, the grilled vegetables was the best. The location was near to metro, taxi and walking.
Cons: There is no door viewer peephole and security cameras. The room was not soundproof, you can hear the adjacent rooms; people talking, alarms going off, phone ringing, door slammings and tv/music playing past 12 midnight. The electrical point for international plugs never works. The room service needs to improve, the person who took my order couldn’t comprehend Italian and English. I am absolutely certain there wasn’t a fault with the phone connection. The migrant worker used the F word on the phone just because he couldn’t understand and asked me to repeat the order. Its obvious « grilled vegetables » also known as « vedure grigliate ». I told him i would prefer to speak to his colleague but no he said that the kitchen was closed. Clearly the snacks ordered is available from 12 till 10pm while kitchen is closed. A rowdy guest banged on my door on 10 November, accusing me of making noise at 5am when I was sound asleep, by 7am there was another bang on my door and again at 7h45 in the morning. When i opened the door, there was a man three times my size death threatening me and being totally racist, judging by his accent it was a french/german tourist. I called reception and the lady apologised and said that there was a big chinese tour group checking out early. Clearly the door had no peephole. The only thing that went off was the alarm set for 7h30 and its very obvious the hotel walls are not sound proof. You also can hear the people on the floor above the room. I made additional complaints to the reception, Gabriele told me that the hotel has a privacy policy that they can’t interfere with guests especially noisy and rowdy guests. He consulted the general manager and made an apology on behalf of the general manager making an excuse that the angry guest should complaint to the front desk instead of intimidating the guests. Out of all the 4stars and 5 stars hotel including boutique hotels, this NH Hotel Centro in Torino was appalling.

7.0 Good
Pros: We didn't like the sausages cut in ring pieces and the bacon in tiny square pieces , surely the hotel can do better than that.late
Cons: late check out which was not permitted .Our flight was at 21:00 hrs
6.0 Good
Pros: Very Basic, Great Location
Cons: The hotel ambiance
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I had a dormer room on floor 5. Big room for one person. Comfortable bed much room to put things away. WiFi good. Bathroom good but not much area to put personal items out. Breakfast decent and included some scrambled eggs and small pieces of bacon if you like "American" breakfast. Great location if you want to be near train train station around the block and go to the main piazza where there is the palace to visit. The staff were nice. There is a nice sitting/TV room off the reception area with wine and beer sold at only 2.50. I was here with my wife in 2009 and remember having drinks with other guests there. The guy at the reception recommended a wine bar around the corner with exceptional appetizers included with drinks. I would stay again for only one night passing thru as I was or for a couple of days to explore Turin.
Cons: No electrical outlet by small desk. No light by small desk. Probably just the room. I would ask not to have a dormer room even though I was given this large room for 3 people and it was only supposed to be for a couple.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nicely designed room USB socket by bed
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good sized room. Bedside lights. Bedside socket. Telephone. Laptop sized safe. Coat hangers in open wardrobe. Storage space. Kettle, coffee and sugar. TV with no English channels. Good wifi. Minibar. Heated towel rail. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Good shower. Bidet. Hand towels and bath towels. Good breakfast with hot and cold choice. Have been many times and the staff have always been good, helpful and friendly at reception and in the breakfast room. Close to the Porta Nuova station. Room overlooking the courtyard was quiet.
Cons: The price. I think we booked too early.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly and helpful staff! Bed was comfortable and the room very nice. I had a view to the courtyard and the smell, that I felt from my balcony in the evening was fantastic. All families were cooking and the windows were open, thats true italian life. Liked the fact, that halls were covered with carpet, so there was no noise. WIFI was working well.
Cons: I can not understand, why do they serve such a shitty juice in the morning. That was a mega sweet syrup not juice.

Cons: There is no bar inside of the hotel and the bar outside is not so comfortable for hotel guests during midnight. Bathroom could be improved. I stayed 3 nights during last week and I paid totaly different prices for each night, I expect better and more stable price policiy.

8.2 Excellent
Pros: Near Porta Susa Train Station Clean room Good breakfast Helpful, friendly staff
Cons: Bed/pillows not so comfortable Slight smell in room Older decor Tiny shower
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Just the room was too small. It was a single room so was in a corner. Most annoying was the wall Partitions are so thin that the people and TV from adjacent room could be heard and so sleep was disturbed on one night. Well all in all otherwise the hotel was good. The front desk staff are all extremely helpful. Fantastic location.

7.5 Good
Pros: The location is perfect. Both Metro station and bus to airport are less than 5 minutes away. Breakfast is also pretty good with lots of options, especially sweet ones. A plus one is that room doesn't have carpet but parket!
Cons: I expected that the bed would be more comfortable and in general that the facilities would be more modern for the 4 stars it has. Somehow the hotel looked pretty old fashioned and wasted.
5.0 Okay
Pros: In the center. The breakfast is really good. Except the scrumbled eggs...thats awful. What is amazing is the bar and the bartender. Very nice guy. He serves hand crafted beers, is a good company if you want to talk. There's always nice finger-food on the piano!
Cons: This is definitely not a 4 star hotel! Max. 3. The rooms are worn, though the matraces were fine. Everything looks old...but not smelly. The wifi is poor, hardly useable.
6.7 Good
Pros: Good location close to Porta Susa station.
Cons: Very old fashioned (70s) entrance. Almost no warm water in the shower, just dripping. Poor internet speed.
6.0 Good
Pros: The location is very good. Train station is just 5 minutes walking and the city center 15 minutes.
Cons: During my stay there were works in progress and the staff didn't say about it. The bed was not the best.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was very good. Unfortunately, if you are a smoker, you are not able to find an ashtrey in front of the hotel.

Pros: Location
Cons: Not four star level. No soul

8.3 Excellent
Cons: Great Hotel and good breakfast Well done we come again
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I was only there for a night as I was passing through Turin on my way back to England. The hotel suited my needs perfectly well. I had an excellent evening meal there and a good breakfast. The hotel seemed primarily set up for the conference market and would probably not suit people who wanted a base from which to visit the city, as it is quite a long way from the centre and not conveniently situated for public transport.
Cons: The only criticism I have is of the shower in my room. The door to the cubicle did not fit properly, which meant that water leaked out into the rest of the bathroom. There was also a fixed shower head, high up on the wall, which made it difficult to direct the flow of water.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast, big garage. Big and comfortable bed
Cons: No view (we where just looking into bushes) Not a single German TV channel Internet extremely slow
7.0 Good
Cons: Breakfast could much beter
5.8 Okay

Cons: Away from center Public transport is not easy Hotel has no character
