Nastiest people I have ever met and the internet in the room was slower that dial up. I had to go into the hallway
friendly reception staff, nice room, large selection at breakfast
The bathroom was a bit old and not as nice as the room. It would have been nice to have a make-up mirror in the bathroom. Also the door knob on the bathroom door was different than any I've ever seen. If you close the bathroom door, you cannot open it without pushing a button on the door knob even if it's not locked! I spent 15 minutes in the bathroom trying to figure out how to get out. I should have told the reception, but I forgot about it. It would be a good idea to have a sign on the inside of the door. The breakfast was very nice but the room was very small. The staff is trained to clear the tables immediately because the room is so small and when we got up to get more food our table was cleared and almost given to someone else.
comfort of rooms, central position of hotel
It is a great hotel with a perfect location central in Turin. The breakfast is very nice. So was the room with a comfy bed that had a duvet and not only blankets. I had booked a single room but they upgraded me to a delux double room free of charge.
There was only few non-italian tv stations and they were all either sports- or news channels.
comfortable and warm room.
The bed was a bit hard
The free breakfast was terrific and featured gluten free bread and pastry. The bed was comfortable and the price was right.
The hotel was in a very handy location to the shops, cafe's & restaurants, they were all within walking distance of the hotel. Also the room was very nicely furnished and clean and the internet was very easy to access in the room.
Lovely hotel, very clean with large rooms, staff excellent
air con not too good and hot/warm water not in much suply
Very large comfortable room, excellent facilities, more 5 star than 4 star.
