Staff very helpful.
Room was very tired. Bathroom needed an uplift twenty years ago One chair in a room for three people.

I liked my room. It has two balconies as my room was at the corner or the building. It was nice that i had plenty of light and air. Room was good size. Furniture, although simple and a bit dated - does the job fairly well.
Shower is dated and i had difficulty shutting shower door. I also had diffculty with the electricity card - it was a struggle to get it in the place it should be. I had to call a maid, who has cleaning rooms next door.

The location to the old city area and to the train station Torino Porta Susa was excellent. The hotel was located in a lovely old building and the rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Breakfast was crowded but the staff were trying to keep up with replenishing food and cleaning.

The hotel is in a brilliant location if you need to use the Porta Susa main line station. It is only a few minutes walk from the main piazzas in the centre but it doesn't have much atmosphere. It's a very functional hotel.
No lounge area to sit and read , a very functional hotel.
