The food can improve, and the seaweed is handled with less efficiency than surrounding hotels.
The room upgrade to ocean front, the room is very beautiful and comfortable. The beach in front of the room is amazing
Coffee was a bit cold. At night the restaurant had LOTS of mosquitoes. They should install some air conditioning and ventilators to solve this issue and offer guests insects repellent.
Hot water ran out after 5 mins, then air conditioning would not turn off and the staff didn’t believe my husband so they were very slow to do anything about it. We asked to be moved to another room because it was freezing with the aircon blasting and the staff were not apologetic or accommodating. Then when we check out we got grilled about a beach towel token I didn’t collect. It was strange to kick up such a fuss over a token for a towel when I didn’t have the towel and wasn’t stealing it, and it was the most expensive place we’d stayed in Mexico. It was all very odd
The price was good, respectively compared to the rest of the resorts.
The air conditioning was quite poor in the rooms, meaning you were always warm and clammy. Not ideal at night time or when getting changed to go out.
It was quiet, and there were many amenities available, including an ATM on the premises. The breakfast was everything I wanted and the waiters were always very accommodating since the moment we arrived. I loved having a private hammock, and the bed was very comfortable. The receptionist was also extremely helpful.
