So close to Cox convention center
Waiting 4-5 hours for a room
Dingy modern
I like the that aloft knows there is a need for being "current" with updated styles; however, many times I noticed disrepair. The bar and pool are great!
I wish there had been milk available for the coffee in the lobby. I would prefer that there would be something of a Continental breakfast available, even if it's just fruit and yogurt.
Room was nice
The staff the parking the shuttle and the shuttle driver, Anthony-excellent!
The staff, seemed understaffed. at times very helpful, other times, just soso. No café or restaurant.
Hip but quirky
It's a hip atmosphere and it was literally next door to the Cox business center which is the reason we were in Tulsa. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The bliss products are much better than the usual cheap soaps most hotels use.
The swimming pool was tiny and no hot tub. Finding the a parking was a bit strange but normal for downtown hotel. Sliding bathroom door had a cool look but was very heavy to open and close, they should probably find a way to make it slide easier, there was a grunt every time it opened or closed. The shower could have been bigger and might work better with a way to contain the water since its flush with the floor. The shower head was situated so that it would always point at the shower curtain and put you in one half of the shower or the other limiting your space.
Funky yet on the edge of class.
The deco was so funk a delic. But with that I understand you have to maintain a level of rarity. That way the place can be preserved.
Some amenities were just wild. Having to pay to park was a bit of a slice to the throat. I'm staying at your hotel... That offers parking for the people employed there. Why not just offer free parking for hotel guests. It really wasn't a big deal. The fact of it is... It was a Monday! I can see on high volume days. And it's not like there was anyone there to park the car.... The hotel needs a heartbeat.
A unique experience
Hotel was great. The staff was friendly, rooms were large and clean.
The location is less than ideal. There is a lot of construction in the area, making the parking lot a difficult find. Also didn't care for the $10 fee to park.
Loved the atmosphere!
Everything was very clean and accessible. Luxurious without the bulky price to match. Friendly staff. Close to fun downtown spots. Will definitely stay again!
A great value in downtown Tulsa.
Great looking modern hotel for the price. Friendly staff well appointed rooms, and a very cool bar.
Staff suck, facilities were nice
The facilities were nice and clean. The layout and design were hip and cool.
The staff seem to be trying to trash aloft's reputation. Ignorant and passive. This staff is the epitome of the phrase 'it's hard to find good help these days". I received recommendations for restaurants that the concierge had never been to. The google maps location is inaccurate so I suggested how to fix this and a different concierge told me that it couldn't be done (a thing I've done many times in the past). I was never explained the amenities or how to use them. Never knew there was an airport shuttle either (apparently there is). Overall, it would be the same hotel if the only people working there were the cleaning staff.
The room layout.
the entire building is very dated the outdoor surroundings are dated as well the place looks like it requires a lot of renovations and cleaning up
