Downtown area was idea, the service people were on point. Front desk help us with all needs, places to go an eat. Made our trip memorable!
Our first room had lady bugs on the window an ceiling. We asked for new room an they moved us. Maintance says the lady bugs have been a problem an i think more should have been done to make sure everything was good in our room. Second room, ac/heater did not work on heat, they tried to fix it, but after 1.5 hours, could not. But the hotel was full, had to stay in the room. Hotel provided blankets an comp the room for free. Next day we called the front desk to see what the plan was, they were not sure an said they would call me back. Called me back said the maintance guy would be in to fix soon we called around 900a. Well later that evening after enjoying our event, we called the hotel to see if the heater was fixed. Front desk did not know said that we should try once back to the hotel. They would move us if it wasnt fixed. That isnt being proactive, now we felt unsure an felt our evening would not go well. We went an ate first, return to hotel an the heat did not work. They moved us to a suite, but the attention to details was missing (NOT HILTON QUALITY) in the room, only one wash towel, only one soap for the shower. None for the sink. In the morning i told front desk, this stay was not the usual Hilton Quality!
