10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location in the middle of the historic center. Even though parking is not available on premises, there are several parking garages (very modern and safe) available not too far away. Large, luxurious room and the terrace was wonderful (although lacking much of a view) Modern TV with Netflix! The restaurant was also really, really good.
Cons: The radio in the bathroom was always started as soon a s the light was turned on - a bit annoying! :D

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location couldn't be better, rooms are amazing, friendly helpful staff, great food

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful room. Air conditioned! Also, was on a relatively quiet street. Had great restaurant and an excellent German breakfast.
Cons: Difficult to get to. Was in the "walking zone" where no cars are permitted. Required parking in a temporary area (no overnights allowed) to unload luggage and then drive to a parking garage which was half a mile away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel cannot be better, everything was just perfect. There were small details like chocolate, fruits and water in the room every day. Our room has a balcony and a great view, very nice to sit down and rest. Breakfast was good. There is also a restaurant in the downstairs and very good food.

Pros: The building, the staff, the furniture, the swimming pool... and the restaurants, almost everything was perfect. Not forgetting the very large room quite well equipped.
Cons: I would have appreciate A/C in the bedroom :)
7.9 Good
Pros: Staff is friendly. Good restaurant.
Cons: Located in a poor, ugly neighborhood. No park or nice surroundings. No facilities for kids, no toys. Not a good hotel for families.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was superb! The room was very clean, comfortable and the view was picturesque. We would definitely stay there again.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good sized, well-furnished bedroom, excellent dinner and breakfast, welcome swimming pool. Although located in the suburbs of Trier, this is an excellent hotel with friendly staff.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff and fantastic breakfast!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great view from our room. Incredible restaurant.
Cons: Nothing.
6.7 Good
Pros: Food was excellent The majority of the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in the hotel
Cons: The Bar - having spent dinner on the hotel terrace, we were put at the back of an ‘empty’ bar by the bar manager who has to be the rudest person I’ve ever met. He said I’ll help you and then went off and served 3 tables and an old lady for 45 minutes in front of us at which point we left, to go to our room, not feeling at all welcome. I also saw and heard him (I don’t think he realised I speak German) convince people to pay in cash so if I was the owner I would be asking if the generous cash tips he was receiving were being logged by the hotel and/or the tax man??!! Never mind the lack of service and obvious bias on his part! Both my husband and I work in the service industry and we would not go back to the bar ever again! The front desk, restaurant and kitchen staff however were all very nice and very helpful. They get 5/5 - the bar manager gets 0/5
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great people and place. The hotel did not have air but they did give us a fan upon asking
7.9 Good
Pros: Quaint place to stay. Staff were helpful. Nice outdoor deck. Nice restaurant.
Cons: There was no air conditioning and rooms facing a busy road made for a hard nights sleep. Staff did bring a fan which helped. Food in restaurant was terrific bu the service very slow. Over 2 hours for dinner.
Residenz Hotel am Zuckerberg - Trier - Building

8.9 Excellent (598 reviews)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent receptionist who spoke wonderful English very helpful. We will be back x
Cons: Stay was too short
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, from perfect location, free indoor parking if you drive, spacious room. Don't bother if this property is actually a 'senior residential' you will not actually disturb them or vice versa.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are huge and breakfast was good. And close to all the old sites and river
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Very spacious. We only stayed one night but it would be ideal for a longer stay.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good location in the center.
Cons: Several things went wrong during our stay: 1). Communication problem: when we arrived at the reception, we were told to have another apartment than promised (in advance communicated by mails). It was a hot day 34 degree and the hotel promised to give us an apartment at ground floor. It was an unpleasant discussion, especially after we drove all day and were tired. When we entered the apartment (106), windows in the sleeping room were tilted which caused high temperature difficult to sleep (no airco in apartment). Bathroom is not well cleaned, there was hair on the floor (obvious to see). 2). Design fault: the door in the sleeping room is too big, it is against the bed and can not be closed. 3). Disturbing night: middle of night (2:30) enormous TV volume from a residential neighbour (118), I went to ring his bell but no answer. Then at 8:30 we were waking up by a gym lesson downstairs. Head of reception compensated us for free parking due to all troubles, which we appreciated it. Note that extra 25 euro will be charged, if to stay less than 3 nights and want to have proper equipment in the kitchen.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: HUGE room and central location. Last minute booking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good large space
Cons: Only one pillow each
7.9 Good
Pros: 1. The location - nearby to the city centre 2. The spacious apartment 3. Cleanliness
Cons: 1. The twin as double bed. It would be better to have a single queen or king size bed, instead of twins joined together. The bed moved apart which interrupted a good night sleep.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff. Good breakfasts
Cons: The hard beds.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Spacious apartment
Cons: Seemed a bit odd sharing the property with a nursing home! Zimmer frames abounded!

Pros: The staff was great and very kind trying to accommodate and very helpful. If you have dinner at the place food is excellent as are the regional wines they offer.
Cons: No air condition on the roof top floor when it was +36...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very helpful and professional
Cons: No lift. I have health issues so can't do stairs.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful setting and well maintained properly
Cons: No air conditioning
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The main Hotel is the feature of the pho. We had the apartment a few blocks away. Was pleasantly surprised to find a functional kitchen (no freezer). Small bakery and meat market in easy walking distance of apartment
Cons: Neighbors were loud to midnight all 3 nights of our stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Always a pleasure. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly when we arrived, and it was lovely to eat dinner overlooking the Mosel river.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here before, and it's a fantastic hotel in an old Monastery in a lovely setting with views of the Mosel river. You can safely leave your car packed on the private parking, and the hotel has two restaurants. One regular restaurant, and one more fine dining styles restaurant. Be sure to contact the hotel to book a table, as it might get busy.
Cons: As we stayed here before and visited Trier, this time we were thinking of exploring the vineyards, do some wine tastings and see a bit more of the countryside along the Mosel. As a boat stops next to the hotel, we were thinking of taking the boat up the Mosel and visiting a town, do some tastings, hike back to another town while hopefully visiting some more vineyards, and then take the boat back to the hotel. Unfortunately, the boat only goes once a day and getting back would mean taking the boat back at 17:00 (much later than anticipated). Alternatives do not really exist, as there were no buses (especially on Saturdays) and if they go they take over 1.5 hours to get back. There were also no railways stations along the Mosel, so that was no option either. As it turned out, the vineyards we also mostly closed on Satursdays, unless there is some special event going on. All with all kind of a missed opportunity, as it just seems hard or near impossible to do some wine exploration of the area. We met some travellers on Trier's railways station who were doing the Moselstreig walking trail, and they also said they were having a very hard time getting transportation back to their hotel after having hiked a stretch of Moselsteig. Hence, pay attention if you come here to explore the wine region or for hiking!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. Fresh juices and wonderful selection of cheese and breads. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent. We had a great dinner there. Loved walking around the town. It was a very short train ride to Trier. Parking was convenient.
Cons: Probably we didn't quite make the right choice location-wise. We should have spent a night in Trier in the town and explored it then moved out into the wine country in the Mosel to do wine tasting. This hotel wasn't quite either town or country.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: such a fantastic place to stay I would go again I think a romantic spot and easy to find my sort of hotel
Cons: it was all so perfect
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Charming staff, very friendly and helpful
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff was kind, polite, and helpfull. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good, with fresh products and enough choice
Cons: Many flies in the breakfast room. The pillows were too thin and soft. The bathroom was good, but showering in the bathtub was not comfortable, too small and slipery

Pros: Great friendly owners who care about their guests very highly recommended
5.8 Okay
Pros: Room was spatious, clean and tastefully furnished

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice and helpful personnel, convenient beds, quiet place.
Cons: It was a bit too hot during the night sleep. The available fan was not of enough help.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so thoughtful and friendly. The facilities were very well kept and the shower head was tall enough for my husband with good water pressure. The baby bed was set up when we got there and the owners were read to help with a smile. Very good dinner and we enjoyed all the personal touches at breakfast. We’d definitely stay here again.
Cons: The safe in the room didn’t have instructions is the only thing I can think of but that was very minor.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: A very warm and helpful staff. The property itself is very clean and well maintained and met all our requirements at the time i.e. also provided a separate baby bed and cot. The restaurant served some good food.

Pros: Family managed, clean, value for breakfast, baby friendly
Cons: nothing to dislike

Cons: Air-condition did not work and it was hot summer, so it was terribly hot in the room. The hotel receptionist apologized to us and promised to provide us with a fan, but, in the end, there wasn't any.

Pros: Very comfortable bed; nice firm mattress. Excellent breakfast; very good restaurant. Great reception staff - vielen dank Regina! Location perfect for an easy walk to the Altstadt. Had a great stay, thank you!
Cons: No complaints. All good.
7.5 Good
Pros: Rooms are decorated very tasteful. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Loved the detail of the plants you could take up to your room and the sign about dogs. Great breakfast. Close to the city centre.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice, clean and modern. Close to town and easy parking, although we had to pay.
Cons: The staff were a little brisk. I found their manner off putting. We came back from the city looking forward to relaxing in the bar. But there was no one in attendance. The girl on duty was quite rude in her manner asking us abruptly what drinks we wanted and that she would contact the bar staff. I felt like we were being told off for having the cheek to ask for a drink. The Barman who did serve us was very nice and we noticed we weren’t charged for the drinks after complaining to him.

Pros: Great location for visiting Trier and surrounding towns/villages. Very accommodating and friendly staff. On site secure parking for a small fee very much appreciated. List of recommended restaurants in reception - a brilliant idea for those not familiar with the area. Beds very comfortable. Pillows very squishy but reception were happy to furnish us with additional ones when asked. Fans in rooms were a great help during the hot weather and additional ones were available on request. Free water provided in rooms was much appreciated.
Cons: Air conditioning would have been much appreciated as the weather during our stay was in low to mid 30’s. It is something they are looking to install though which is great!

Easy to walk around the town and see all the sights and then back to the hotel if you want. Hotel is newly renovated, clean, and comfortable. Elevator only goes to 2nd floor and no AC in room, but was fine for us. Recommend. Again, location is great for sightseeing old town.

Pros: Perfect location a short walk from town centre. Excellent clean modern rooms. Private car park.
Cons: Nothing but I was there only one night and did not eat in the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location within walking distance to the main streets.
Cons: Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the lift! I had brought my motorcycle down in the lift to the underground car-park the previous day on arrival and the following morning both me and my bike got stuck in the lift for approx. 30 minutes. It was quite frightening as the doors would not re-open even though the lift did not move and the Emergency button did not work! Luckily my wife was waiting for me in reception and when I phoned her she had to alert the staff to my dilemma. None of the young female staff seemed to know what to do - when they came downstairs to find out what was happening, I had to tell them to try to locate the emergency key to unlock the lift door and get me out! When they finally did that - the lift reset and I sent my bike up to street level and I walked up the stairs with the staff. A word of caution - if you are using the lift make sure you have the Telephone Number for the Hotel Reception in case you get stuck! Otherwise an excellent hotel in a great location.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location and perfect work done by staff. It's close to main city attractions and next to the nice bakery with fresh bread, confectioneries, grocery store. I loved especially the way to serve the coffee in corridor what makes it very appealing for all coffee lovers.
Cons: The service for the coffee served in the corridor was different - more rich in the evening - with some cookies and coffee cream available and next morning just coffee without any addition.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice place, cute room and kind personnel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful and helpful staff.

Pros: Location was perfect, just a short bus ride into Trier. Nice big room, very clean and well equipped. Tasty breakfast buffet and helpful reception staff. Walking distance to a local restaurant.
Cons: Internet was patchy but not a big deal!
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice location, good stopover. Nice wines and food.
Cons: Old rooms, with a lot of noise below it. Personell was new and not up to the job. 4 star rating is not apllicable

Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location next to vineyards. Family run hotel with good atmosphere. Excellent and helpful service
Cons: -
7.9 Good
Pros: It was clean with a decent size room and a comfortable bed. Certainly not what I would call a four star establishment as they claim, but it was good value for the money and I would probably stay again.
Cons: The staff were not very friendly (with a couple of exceptions). The restaurant was fine but overpriced for the offer. There are better alternatives nearby. WiFi drops out continually.
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff were great, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Room was comfortable and the choice of dining was good.
Cons: The pillows need to be a little thicker, after 10 minutes of origami it was still only 6" high. WiFi is very hit and miss across the property.
7.5 Good
Pros: Well located for vineyard visits and easy to find. Efficient, clean and fairly welcoming
Cons: No minibar Dreadful WiFi which seemed to switch off continuously

Pros: a nice little hotel in a quiet street just 5 mins to the railway station and 10 mins to the centre .the hotel let me put my motor cycle in a garage for free which was nice and walking around the area i felt safe . breakfast was good but 7 euro extra per night . the single room was ok with a good shower .
7.9 Good
Pros: Centrally located Trier hotel that has everything you need and is very clean. The breakfast is particularly good and there is a car park. Also very close to the station.
Cons: The room was a little small, if you're bothered by that sort of thing. I wasn't.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Bedroom was big and the bed was excellent mattress. The breakfast buffet was huge, delicious. The hotel is walking distance to Porta Nigra, the old town.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, spacious, great location.
Cons: No elevator. 4 floors with heavy luggage to carry to the top. No one is at front desk you have to ring bell. Theres a smoking room inside??? Doors always cracked open so most of hotel smells like cigarettes. There parking but you have to leave keys..?

Cons: There is no elevator.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved how it was the prefect size for a 1 night stay. The bathroom was immaculate. The cleanliness was outstanding. The staff were super friendly and the toiletries were just perfect. I will stay at this hotel next time I visit Trier.
Cons: The price was a bit steep for one night but great value for the area. The price is not better in other hotels so it's all fair.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and service focussed staff, silent area, modern room, clean, slept very well, breakfast selection, free and solid wifi, early check-in without extra fee, good value for price
Cons: No carpet in the main corridor on the first floor for max noise reduction
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Rooms very comfortable and stylish; staff trusting and friendly Location was excellent and parking very useful. We'd recommend the cafe/restaurant just across the street for dinner.
Cons: We came back in the evening after walking around Trier taking photos of the floodlit buildings - and would have loved to make ourselves a cup of coffee (as the nearby cafe was then closed) A kettle etc. in our room or drinks machine somewhere in the hotel would have been much appreciated - but sadly neither existed.

Cons: Very good hotel.thx
7.9 Good
Pros: Arrived with Booking.com reservation but the hotel had no reservation for me. Very strange and this is the first time this has occurred with Booking.com. The htel front desk manager did provide us with a room without a view of the lake but for 1 night we were tired and didn't want to drive anymore so we took it.
Cons: They could have had my reservation in their system.
7.5 Good
Pros: Excellent location and view from Lake side rooms.
Cons: Very poor wi fi connectivity.. On top there was almost no mobile internet data service available in the location. Wi fi service needs to be improved..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed at this hotel a number of times as a result of being in the area and coming across it by chance .The setting is perfect with spectacular views from your balcony. It is peaceful and very quiet, you get to hear the birds.
Cons: This is a difficult one. The breakfasts are great the rooms spacious, the staff lovely, so I guess I`ll pass on this one. You might wish to have a supply of reading material, non available locally.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is nice and the view is indeed of a small lake. We used this hotel for passing through. The breakfast was proper, no special diet options offered. Staff was super friendly.
Cons: It is a little dated. The restaurant is not inviting. Luckily there is Haus am See in front the hotel which makes a nice schnitzel and flamkuchen. Also very friendly and would recommend if you stay here.

Cons: small TV

Pros: Great appartment, we had the "chambre familiale" and they were very nice rooms, clean, and including a small kitchen area with fridge, sink and electric stoves, Staff is super helpful and breakfast amazing, almost all you can eat!! The plus is the restaurant right next to the rooms with wodden booths.
Cons: Not so much too say here, just to know the place is a bit far away from the city center if you don't have a car
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in a double room for four people with one bath. The mattresses were great. The room and bath were clean. It was very quite. The breakfast was great, with an omellette. The inn was pretty close to Trier.
Cons: The bathroom was very small.
7.5 Good
Pros: Simple accommodation at good price. Located near the university, which was the key reason I picked the property. Nice they offered a separate shower+WC for women, as common showers do not offer much privacy overall.
Cons: Shared showers are a bit too open for my liking. Same goes with the second toilet that is next to the showers. But nice that they offer a separate WC+shower room just for women which offers way more privacy.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Price quality ratio was good Service was great Perfectly ok for short stay
Cons: We had an apartment for 4 people, one of the double beds was significantly smaller than the other
10.0 Excellent

Cons: A bit far away from the city centre. The bathroom was rather average.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: nice breakfast, clean, renovated, very friendly staff!
Cons: access to city center requires a car; there was unfortunately a smell of cigarettes in the flat when we arrived (not the owners fault!)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent restaurant serving "local" food. This had an outside area with a good view. The rooms were comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Trier is an interesting city and this is a good base to explore or stop on a long journey as we did.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Big, nice room, great location & breakfast
Cons: In a 4 star hotel, I don't expect to have to crawl on the floor, looking for sockets, and still not find many. At least one socket by each side of the bed i would expect as a minimum. The glass door in the bathroom is annoying for so many reasons
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, comfortable room
Cons: There was only one small park close by to walk the dogs and we didn't take them in there because there were people, possibly homeless that were drinking and we didn't feel comfortable walking by them. Also the park was dirty and broken glass everywhere.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: An excellent breakfast with a lot of products and a very central location.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Room and location
Cons: Breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The warm welcome on arrival and helpfulness of the check in staff member. Also the hotel is in an excellent location for walking into the town centre.
Cons: Could only find one accessible plug socket in the room to charge phones
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic hotel all around.
Cons: No.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent and having the parking in the basement of the hotel (15 Euros per full day) is incredibly convenient for those travelling by car. The hotel itself is very clean and well-organised with great facilities, from wellness, fitness, etc. to bar, restaurant, roof terrace and outside garden area for food and drinks. Being able to walk just two minutes to the market square is a bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The mini-bar was stocked only with water, which is limiting. Better would be to have a selection of drinks, though I know this makes it more difficult for the hotel to manage and account for. That said, it's supposed to be about the customer.
7.9 Good
Pros: City centre, car park next door very safe.
Cons: Modern hotel with good facilities

Pros: One of the best Ibis hotels we have stayed at. Friendly staff, great location for exploring the many fabulous sites in Trier. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Cons: Parking lot is small. We arrived before noon and had no problem.

Pros: Very central Nice staff Clean

Cons: The reaction of the female receptionist when she had to show me the side door , from where you have to enter during the night. She was so pissed!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Local to centre of town relaxed small problem with noises from outside hotel which could be easily delt with via local police
Cons: Stairs to top floors I'm 60
7.5 Good
Pros: Excellent friendly and helpful staff (ALL of them). Staff offered to carry my luggage up to my room. Staff provided me a cold compress upon request. Sink, desk and large closet space inside dorm room. Comfortable mattress and nice bedsheets. 3 large garbage bins inside room. Perfect location - everything is walking distance including train station 12 mins away. Large area with tables with floor to ceiling windows to hang out there or do some work if you like with excellent Wifi, but if you want to meet others, this is a quiet space. Luggage storage available. Later checkout (11am) on weekends.
Cons: Very slow Wifi on the room floor which made it not possible to make video and voice calls - important for a traveller. No charging outlet at bedside which is essential as a traveller. Old metal bunk frame - I hit my head very hard on it. No swipe card to enter rooms, only keys which guests must lock from the inside and outside. This is inconvenient, noisy and takes time. One bed is a few inches from the lock which would disturb a sleeping guest overnight. Noise coming from outside until very late from people hanging out in the public park directly across the hostel. No air conditioner. Washrooms not cleaned and aired out by cleaning staff regularly. No soap in ladies washroom for more than 24 hours. No curtains or doors at some shower stalls. No atmosphere and community. No community events planned by hostel. Difficult to meet other guests.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Really well located and close to everything.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, clean room and bathroom. The staff is nice and accommodating. Our shared dorm room had only 4 beds. Don't be scared away by the reviews saying there are no shower curtains -- it is true, but the showers have those angled partition walls so no one can see you when you're showering.
Cons: It did get a little noisy during one of the nights (people being loud outside). Only one electric outlet for the upper and lower bunk -- OK if you have a two-port charger but may be a problem otherwise.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice, old building. The room was nice and the location very central. The breakfast was incredibly good. The staff was of help and nice. Many thanks!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I got there really late but I met super nice reception Suneet (now we’re friends) who helped me out and they gave me a single room instead of a shared room which was awesome! Great location nice staff as I mentioned and clean room and showers.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, the common places and the room are clean and comfortable, the staff is very helpful
Cons: There's no lift

9.2 Excellent
Pros: nice hotel, very good breakfast. parking just outside the hotel entrance.
Cons: no safe in the room
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very close to the old town and eating places
Cons: Need a bigger signpost in the road - missed it and had to go around a second time
9.2 Excellent
Cons: Very hot weather - needed air conditioning
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel looks small from the street, but it is rather large, and yet it is quiet and full of nice places to hang out (including a "beach" with beach chairs). The breakfast was varied and plentiful. We hadn't seen anyone in the corridors. Yet when we went down for breakfast, there was a crowd. They kept the buffet supplied ahead of all these people. This Best Western has more personality than most.
Cons: The only problem is that the hotel is on the "edge" of town. But the town is small, and you can walk from there across the whole city in 30 minutes.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet since our room face the parking. Great location close to Portanigra and town.. Large closet and place for suitcases. Comfortable bathroom.
Cons: No air conditioning but there was a small desk fan. We knew that when we booked 8 months earlier but we were unlucky that the hot weather (35 C =92F) came back in late august.
6.8 Good
Pros: Great in-town location adjacent to many shopping, dining and sightseeing opportunities. Pool and foosball table in lobby.
Cons: No air conditioning in the guest rooms made sleeping difficult.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is very good
7.9 Good
Pros: Good location (only a few minutes from city center and easy to get on the road to Eifel National forest), spacious room, modern bathroom, clean, friendly staff, child friendly as we were provided with a cot.
Cons: There was no airconditioning in the room, although it was not necessary when we visited the area but you've come to expect it at any hotel. Although the hotel offers on site parking space, it was not available and we had to find a public parking (which thankfully was not that far).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is very good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff, nice breakfast, you can walk straight out the back of the hotel into town
Cons: No aircon
5.8 Okay
Pros: breakfast was good although the place was a bit small and crowded. check-in and out were good. staffs were pretty friendly.
Cons: parking system was pretty bad. parking spaces were small and the basement was not available at that time. In and out was quite annoying since the parking ticket was not re-usable which means once you’re out of the parking lot with a cae you have to bring the ticket to the staff to open the gate and when you’re coming in then you have to get a new parking ticket. The big problem is when the staff was not at the reception then you have to get out of the car and running to the reception. A/C was not there. i would recommend to stay there during sumer.
