Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near onsens and main attractions, as well as the friendly and helpful service from staff, even when language barriers existed. The breakfast was frequently highlighted as elaborate and delicious, often served in private rooms. Cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were also noted positively. Some guests mentioned the amenities, such as the onsen and yukata, as enjoyable, though there were occasional comments about room humidity, lack of in-room showers, and the hotel's age. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, with many guests recommending the hotel for its value and experience.
