Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were highly impressed with the hotel's attentive and friendly service, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a wide range of amenities including a beautiful onsen, free drinks, and convenient shuttle service. Many praised the traditional atmosphere and cleanliness. Breakfasts and dinners were often described as delicious and plentiful, though a few guests were disappointed with the food quality or portion sizes. While the location is slightly outside the town center, the efficient shuttle service made it easy to access local attractions. Some minor complaints included uncomfortable pillows or futons, but these did not detract significantly from the overall positive experience.
