Pros: Staff was very helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated and really clean.

Pros: The location was excellent, only a short work (15mins max) to most attractions Staff very friendly and helpful Practical room, great lighting and properly placed plugs for charging gadjets something often overlooked in rooms. Proper hair drier in our room which was so much better Tea and coffee in the room

Cons: Bathroom was a bit compact but nothing really negative Only comment would be excessive plastic use in the room, glasses would be better and cups.

Pros: Good sized room with a very comfortable bed. Our room looked out onto the outdoor eating area. Nice to be able to open the window. Friendly and helpful staff. Good sized bathroom with fluffy towels. Well located hotel with lots of shopping and nearby restaurants. Short walk to Victor Hugo Market which is a must see for any visit to Toulouse. We ate lunch at one of the restaurants upstairs in the market which was fantastic.

Cons: Our check in day was Saturday and we were arriving by car. We had made enquiries about parking at the hotel when we booked. The hotel did NOT contact us to advise there were yellow jacket demonstrations happening that day and the hotel would not be accessible by car after 1pm. As check in is available from 2pm, this would have been a good idea! We could have arrived earlier, parked at the hotel and checked into our room later. A little bit of forward thinking by the hotel management to inform us of this situation beforehand would have been very helpful. Apparently, demonstrations by yellow jackets on a Saturday is a regular occurrence. Police blocked all the roads to central Toulouse. At the time we did not know why. It became very frustrating after driving around for some considerable time in an unfamiliar town trying to gain access to our hotel and our GPS sending us around in circles. We eventually phoned the hotel to be told it was a yellow jacket demonstration. We spoke to a couple of policemen who did not know when the roads would be reopened. Imagine our dismay, when we eventually parked our hire car in a parking garage outside the blocked off area, wheeled our luggage almost one kilometre to the hotel, to find a notice in the lift about the yellow jacket demonstrations that day! This notice was advising guests checking out that taxis and other vehicles would not be able to access the hotel after 1pm. Why not contact people checking in that day to let them know the same thing??? Even though the staff were very apologetic, it didn't help much. The following day, we walked to the car parking garage to collect our car and take it to the hotel. That was not a problem, but accessing the car park was very challenging. Fortunately, we had been told about this and were prepared. It is very narrow and very low via a steep ramp. The stated 1.75m height limit is very real. Definitely not for the faint hearted!!

Pros: Friendly receptionist, clean room, lovely breakfast

Pros: Hotel is conveniently located close to a Metro Station and the Airport Shuttle Bus Stop. Hotel is Modern and rooms are very clean and have good facilities. Shower is great. Front Reception staff were always happy to assist and greeted you as you entered and left.

Pros: The suite we stayed in was absolutely beautiful - spacious, well-cleaned, and with a balcony to enjoy the sunrise/set. The hotel staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast is extremely satisfying! Definitely worth the extra money when compared to other hotel breakfasts in France. In terms of location, this hotel is in a quiet area that is about a 20-minute walk to the Place du Capitole.

Cons: The art along the corridors of the suite floor make the place look like a youth hostel. Seems a little incongruous given the more elegant feel of the rooms.

Pros: It is in good shape and easy access to the city center

Cons: Pre-authorisation payment of €400 which has take a full week to be removed from pending on my account. Rooms are very old and outdated. I was overcharged for my room by over €150 although this was refunded within a day or two it is still not good enough.

Cons: The hotel is great, a pity it's in a city with so little interest

Pros: The breakfast was quite tasty but there were not much to choose from. I would expect much more variety of the products for breakfast. The special heater in the bathroom made my morning. I didn't have such a lovely wake up for a long time. When it's a little bit cold outside of my blanket it's such a nice thing to turn the heater on and enjoy warm air in bathroom. I really liked hotel staff. They were very friendly and tried to do their best to help me with problems I faced.

Cons: I didn't have hot water in my room when I arrived. I found it out only in the morning when I was brushing my teeth and was about to take a shower. It was shocking. Luckily it was fixed while I was having breakfast. There are no refrigerator too. No safe. Trash bin is too small and it's the only one in bathroom. The wardrobe is small too. I was missing quite a lot of things that from my perspective are quite standard for hotel rooms.

Cons: Parking impraticable.

Pros: Loved all the little touches such as the charging plug. Also loved that it was super clean. Parking great too.
