Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) Room was too warm at night and adjusting thermostat did not make a difference. Complained three times but no change. Expected better from 4 star Novotel.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and accessing local attractions. Many appreciated the breakfast, noting its variety and quality. The room sizes were also highlighted as more spacious than typical European hotels. However, cleanliness issues were raised in several reviews, particularly regarding carpets and bathrooms. Service was generally seen as neutral, with some staff members being helpful and others less so. Overall, the positives centered on location, breakfast, and room size, but cleanliness and service consistency could be improved.AI-generated from customer reviews
