The room was well equipped and comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent but overly expensive.
Property was in the middle of nowhere. Needed taxis to get anywhere if you did not have a car.
Very nice hotel, really near the metro station (2 minute walk) and perfect location if you travel to Toronto by car and would like to leave it and go to the city center with public transport. Perfect also to visit Niagara falls, as the hotel is a bit outside city center.
The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a stereo in the room with a speaker in the bathroom.
The elevators were not working when we got back from the wedding we attended.
Very comfortable king size bed, huge room, free upgrade to deluxe, allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. Grounds are beautiful, very quiet in the room. Oversized jacuzzi tub was amazing after a long very warm, humid day! Right around the corner from a subway stop. Free parking is greatly appreciated! Staff was very friendly & extremely helpful.
No hair dryer in the room. Would have been nice to have some room to store drinks or leftovers in mini fridge rather than being fully dedicated to a very pricey mini bar. Also would be nice to have a couple of coffee choices for coffee in the Keurig rather than 2 dark roast pods. Had to search for ice machines On other floors. Vending machines with a variety of choices would be nice, in addition to the mini bar. TV Guide would be helpful, guide on remote did not work. Beautiful views out almost 2 walls of windows but the windows need a good cleaning! Both restaurants were overpriced. $15 for cereal! Many really great restaurants in the area for a lot less!
