Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its direct metro access and proximity to city attractions. The service is highly rated, with staff described as professional, friendly, and attentive. Many guests mention comfortable beds and spacious rooms, contributing to a pleasant stay. Breakfast is generally well received, particularly the Japanese buffet, though a few guests note limited variety. However, several reviews express frustration with the pool policy, especially regarding restrictions for children, which detracted from some family stays.
