Polite and helpful staff.
Very helpful and accommodating staff. Excellent location in Shinjuku, couldn't be better. Extremely quiet. Stylish and clean hotel.
A bit pricey. Tiny room. Loud paper-sounding bed linens.
Amazing neighborhood and location since it was right by the Shinjuku train station.
The room was smaller than expected.
Location, very close to railway station and in a quite street. Good breakfast.
The room was too small for a long stay.
Great hotel in the heart of Shinjuku, but off the main street and away from traffic noise. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good buffet breakfast (option for both American and Asian). Note that the rooms are small, so if you're not traveling solo, opt for one of the larger rooms. It was fine for a single.
