I booked this hotel because of the connvinence of having the airport bus limousine dropping us off right in the front of the hotel. It made the transportation from the airport to the hotel very convenient and stress free. The hotel location is in a ok location, about 10 min walk to the shinjuku station. It’s also about 15 min walk to the shinjuku tourist area where all the fun stuff is at. The rooms are very small and the bathrooms are super super small. The staff is very friendly, just like everyone in Japan. Rooms are clean. There is also a little store inside the hotel that made it convenient when we were too tired to leave our hotel.
The pillows are extremely hard.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful
The room was smaller than expected
Good location, very comfortable, lots of amenities excellent helpful and friendly staff who spoke very good English
Location, cleanliness, helpful staff
Very cramped especially as we had to spend a day in the room due to typhoon.
Bathroom was very small with a low ceiling.
Japan is one of the great destinations for any traveler. The culture is completely unique and whether you are visiting ancient temples or some of the latest technological innovations, this country is constantly showing how ancient values work seamlessly in the modern world. In terms of hospitality, the Japanese have few equals, and a hotel that embodies this spirit is Tokyo’s Shinjuku Washington Hotel.
When it comes to luxury in Tokyo, there are many options, but the Shinjuku Washington Hotel is ideal for travelers seeking luxury and convenience. Located in Tokyo’s hip Shinjuku district, this hotel puts you in the middle of the Japanese capital. Getting to different locations is easy, the view of the skyscrapers is amazing, and if you are looking to head out into the country, it is easy to get to the trains.
Dining in the hotel’s restaurant also exemplifies a strong commitment to excellence. There are three restaurants: Manhattan Table, Steak and Shabu Shabu Fujita, and the Café & Bar Baron. These restaurants all serve different menus, but all prepare their food according to the highest standards. Also embedded in the dining experience is a beautiful setting. Whether it’s overlooking the garden or having a view of Tokyo, it’s easy to enjoy a meal in these great settings.
The rooms are perfect for business travelers and folks looking to get out and see the sights. When you book a stay at the Shinjuku Washington Hotel, be prepared to have your expectations exceeded by the hospitable staff.
