Location was excellent, rooms v comfortable, lots of toiletries
Hotel location was fabulous for stay in Tokyo, having subway below hotel was great. Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and compact but was definitely not there to sleep. Free shuttle to Shinjuku was also great as area was fantastic for food and shopping.
Lobby is nice
Rooms could have been updated, especially washrooms. Beds aren’t very comfortable.
Lack of variety in international buffet and international dinner by comparison to 5 star hotels around the world it falls short Also seems silly to charge hotel guest to use the pool seems silly unless you happens to have an appt at the spa already booked
Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Free shuttle bus to station every20 minutes was very convenient.
I never like shower baths.
