Pros: The location spot on in the centre of Neve Dzedek and near the restaurants, bars and shops. Quirky interiors.
Cons: I would call it "shabby but not chic", it was not very clean, long white curtain separating the space between the living room and the bedroom, was rather grey from dust and dirt. The house is badly insulated, so got super warm and stuffy during the day. The air conditioner was awful, dirty and noisy so we avoided using it. There was a container outside the property, right under the window where the builders started to damp garbidge at 7am in the morning. It was very loud and no consideration for us. At night there was a noise I heard in the small outside area/ terrace, when I turned the lights there was a thick line of cockroaches running on the wall near the plants.....300 euros a night for this accommodation, too pricy. Not what I expected, especially after reading all those wonderful reviews....

Pros:
Cons: To get into the place I needed to call an Israeli cell phone and speak to a woman who barely understood English.
The showers are in the middle of the room.
The location is boutique but now it is full of construction so very little fun.
Do not recommend it

Pros: Liked the position. Swimming pool is in the shade until 1 pm. Hotel pool was taken over by the locals on a Saturday and they eat nuts and drink vodka and invite all their friends from outside to join them taking all the dinners! The Executive Lounge, lovely staff. Ideal and worthwhile for snacks and drinks throughout the day. A very able Guest Relations who tried her best to sort out complaints of other guests who wanted to move rooms due to mould in the bathroom in an executive room.

Cons: The locals taking over the pool at weekends. A rude receptionist who really upset me, wanted to charge me £160 to keep the room on day of checkout for 2 hours! This was rectified but only after I had been stressed with the uncertainty of the next day. Cold food on a festival dinner. Again, the rush of locals at breakfast pushing and shoving to get food. Although, I wouldn’t know how to ever sort this. Breakfast buffet was lovely with a great variety if you could be bothered to push through the crowds to eat. (My husband couldn’t). Rather expensive.

Pros: The rooms were nice, the location is great, the swimming pool was very nice too. There were a few amenities in the room which was certainly added a nice touch.
Cons: Had to spend too much time waiting in line at the reception, twice at checkin (we arrived before the room was ready) and once checking out. People were really frustrated about that, this is not something common in Israel in my opinion, even on holidays.... Breakfast food quality was disappointing. Had to pay for a few more hours when exiting the parking since reception only charges for 24 hours. I find that very strange....

Pros: Nice location, close to major sights of TLV. Hotel is huge and has all the needed facilities. Nice view from the room!Huge thanks to bellboy Jonathan in his help with accommodation-he is indeed an example of customer orientation!
Cons: This hotel needs renovation - both rooms & restaurant area are very tired. Some of the rooms are positioned as “renovated”,but are shabby on the inside. The quality of room cleaning is very mediocre - ton of dust was left after each cleaning. Attitude of the staff is another issue - basically everyone from reception to restaurant employees don’t care much about the customer - there were few minor issues we need to fix,and we as guests were totally on our own! Hotel mgmt needs to spend more time on retraining staff to better meet customer needs.

Pros: We had such an amazing stay here and enjoyed so much that this was actually the 3rd time we booked it The location is perfect and such a beautiful area. Just outside are gorgeous shops, galleries and restaurants. Every apartment has access to the beautiful roof top area which is probably my favorite part about the apartment. The view is amazing at night, with lanterns and different sitting areas to hang out. There is underground parking 1 min walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is rustic and has a nice character to it. It is a very nice size, high ceilings and clean. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful with everything. We will be definitely coming back again and we recommend it for sure!

Pros: It was the best location in the best neighborhood of Neve Tzedek, but surprisingly we also found ourselves a step from rotchild boulevard and that was a big advantage. The Roof garden is so amazing to relax and enjoy a rare city view . The rooftop studio was exactly what we were looking for. It was cozy, clean and quiet. Dorin the owner was very helpful and kind.

Pros: Upon arriving i called Dorit and she had her housekeeper bring me the keys. I originally booked the groundfloor appartment but Dorit was so kind to upgrade me to the topfloor appartment, which was just gorgeous. Airco, Wifi, spacious roofterrace with nice swing. I really enjoyed my stay in Neve Tzedek neighborhood, which is considered one of the nicest neighborhoods of Tel Aviv. Close to the Carmel Market, where lots of artists sell their work. If i were to go to Israel again i wouldn't hesitate to call Dorit and book immediately!
