Excellent 10.0
Pros: Being met by friendly and attentive staff. And when you have been there Before it’s a kind of “home-coming” meeting the same staff as half a year Ago. Proof of a good working environment. Flexibility, high service level and Great happy hour!
Cons: Uh ... difficult... actually leaving the hotel to go home. Honestly - we have no complaints- that’s why we keep coming back to Rotchild 71!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff is extremely friendly and always try to upgrade me and my girlfriend when we stay a night. The lobby is very cozy and has lots of games and reading material, plus free drinks and snacks. The rooms are extremely trendy and modern, but also comfortable. When visitors come to Tel Aviv this is the first place I send them to stay!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice pleace, friendly staff, very good location. I recomend to all.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great hotel with even better staff. Location is the best in Tel Aviv.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Concierge service was nonpareil! During our week, they provided maps, guided tours, taxis, restaurant reservations -- and even patched up a member of our party who needed first-aid after a minor fall! The cappucino machine was available at all hours (with juice and pastries for breakfast), and an afternoon glass of Lambrusco in the comfortable lobby was most welcome.
Cons: No complaints at all! Highly recommended on every score!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Stayed here several times over the years. Great location, large and comfortable rooms and great staff.

Pros: It was great, the stuff was very kind and nice, the room was comfortable, the garden is very beautiful and breakfast was very tasty.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Hotel location is perfect, the staff was very nice overall we were very pleased with the staying there ,the breakfast was very delicious
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This property is absolutely amazing. It’s a great location just few minutes walk from everywhere, most of restaurants and pubs, cafes are just around. The hotel has a style, a little nice bar, well decorated and staff is fantastic, all of the them, and one and only Liron, who ensured at all times during our stay that we are comfortable, happy and enjoying our stay. It was my birthday and everywhere from breakfast through room, there was always something to remind me of that. Thank you for a very nice weekend !
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, looks amazing both inside and outside, and breakfast is tasty!
Cons: Check out time is early 12:00 and checkin is somewhat late 15:00.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Great staff. Super nice people. The hotel itself...meh..definitely definitely not five star, perhaps not even four. Tiny room and bed so small I could barely fit. Noise from hallway came into room. I'd say it's a good four star.
Cons: The bed was tiny, barely fit one person.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was as helpful and friendly as could be. Room was beautiful and when windows were shut it was super quiet at night. To me a noisy hotel at night can ruin a vacation. But at the Norman they do everything right
Cons: I had to think hard to come up with a complaint and it’s really a silly one - but they used linen sheets and pillowcases. I find cotton more comfortable.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Superfriendly service, beautiful rooms, both in house restaurants including breakfast buffet are top, easy to get anywhere in Tel Aviv from here
Cons: Chance to reach reception desk (which is also room service and housekeeping contact) in the first try is below 50%
Excellent 10.0
Pros: What an amazing hotel. It has such a great vibe. The staff are all very nice. The food is excellent. The room is very nice. The art that is hanging all through the hotel is really nice. Honestly one of the nicest hotels I know.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was really impressed by the staff, they were very very helpful with all our requests. They recommended us city tours, we found toghether the best options for us, they helped us purchase bus tickets for Eilat, everybody speaks very good English. The room was very nice and clean; and the hotel is very well located - between Carmel Market, Levinsky Market and Rothchild Boulevard. Was an excelent choice, we loved our stay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The rooms are nice, efficient layout, good beds. Showers could be better ... water runs into the bath. Breakfast is very versatile, great capuchinos and fresh orange juice. The front desk helps out for any tourist activities.
Cons: Check-out process was the only major minus point. The lady had problems charging the credit card and we nearly missed our tour. It took 20 min. till the manger arrived for closing the bill.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Delightful stay. Ideal location. Highly helpful staff.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Really very pleasant staff, extremely helpful. The hotel is completely renovated, but with a classic feel. Breakfast is great. Not cheap but definitely worth the money !
Cons: As a boutique hotel it is very small of course. Dont expect hotel entertainment...

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Breakfast was excepyional
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location was excellent. The room was very clean, spacious and lovely. The staff were all courteous & helpful. The Business Lounge was wonderful. Booking the Executive Double room was well worth the price. I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it.
Cons: No problems or complaints.
Okay 4.3
Pros: The Hotel is basic but comfortable. The rooms are nice, clean and quiet with a adequate breakfast.
Cons: The locations is not great as far as a tourist would be concerned but it is sufficient for Business Travellers who only need to stay for a few nights. The shopping center at the ground floor does not have much to offer particularly when it comes to food. On another note there is great confusion and frustration with the elevators
Good 6.0
Pros: Confort
Cons: Free WIFI is only applicable for the rack rates and not for advanced purchase rate.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Crew very nice and very helpfull. Good location. Very clean. Excellent hotel.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Room was clean
Cons: The 15:00 check in time
Okay 4.0
Pros: the location.
Cons: Rooms are nice but pretty small. The girls at the front desk are sweet but the front desk manager seems to me totally foregin to the hospitality business. Stiff and unfriendly.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The hotel is a fine design. Staff are very helpful and kind. The hotel placed at the city center wich wasn a very important thing for me. All my meeting was made at the business lounge placed at the 12th floor and equiped with all what Ih'v need as a business traveler. I'm sure I will come back to Vital Hotel.
Cons: $review.cons
Excellent 8.0
Pros: that it was in a very convenient location, the staff were very helpful and breakfast was superb!
Cons: No, We enjoyed are stayed very much and would certainly go back.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and styliish rooms, free use of one of the best gyms in Tel Aviv and free Wifi (booking.com said it wasn't included but it was for us). Although it's not close to the beach, it is close to one of the most high end shopping areas and close to lots of good restaurants. There is a bus that takes you very close to the beach in 15 minutes and plenty of taxis. We got a very good deal through this site and I was happy to have the customer ratings. Some of the other hotels we saw were misleadingly good loooking with terrible ratings and I can recommend the Vital hotel easily. It's smart and friendly.
Cons: At first our room was facing directly onto the neighbouring (and close) tower block so it didn't have a good view on anything but the staff quickly remedied that. Not all Taxi drivers know the Wiezman centre so take the number and address so you don't get messed around.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Nice location. We returned to Tel Aviv after going south and choose to rebook at Vital because the staff had been nice.
Cons: The breakfast was a bit boring - but adequate.I would have liked to use the fridge for cold water - not only as a mini bar.

Poor 1.0
Pros: Location
Cons: We got a room at the 6th floor, constructions work above us were absolutely a nightmare, the hotel receptionist was unable to help us, and the hotel owner was very rude.we decided to stay because it was late and it was a holiday eve. In the night we went out with our car and in midnight on our return the receptionist didnt responde to our calls to open the garage entrance. Very bad experience.we definately will not return or recommend to stay in this hotel.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location, room size, art, staff.
Cons: I am used to breakfast in Israeli hotels being a buffet with lots of choices. This wasn't, it was a "you can order one thing from the menu" setup that disappointed me. I wouldn't have paid the extra for included breakfast had I known.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. Decor was funky, fun, and artsy.
Cons: Our room was a bit in need of a makeover. Everything worked and it was in good condition but it was a little worn. Other rooms sound like they were better though.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendliness of staff
Good 6.0
Pros: The space which included a livingroom with a small dining table, refrigerator, kettle, coffee making equipment, sink and a few dishes in addition to a small bedroom and a good-sized bathroom was good for the price. The location close to Rothschild Blvd. was also very good. The staff was helpful.
Cons: There were nerve-wracking construction sounds seemingly overhead of our loft on three mornings. The advertised images of the hotel presented a more sophisticated picture of the lofts than was actually the case, at least in our experience of the premium loft we occupied. One had to sit on the floor or squat to access the safe. The sofa in the livingroom, which tended to sag, was not that comfortable. A fabric covered the wardrobe and there was not that much space for storage of clothing for two persons travelling overseas. My husband used the cupboards in the kitchen area. The staff did offer an additional wardrobe completely composed of fabric. The included breakfast was not the generous buffet Israeli breakfasts that I had become accustomed to. One could order only one main dish from the menu without incurring additional charges. However the food was generally well-prepared.
Good 7.0
Pros: central location in the white city of Tel Aviv. Near Rothshild Blvd. Quiet neighbourhood, a trendy Italian restaurant just down the road. Clean. Nice staff. Arty in look & feel.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Staff was very nice and room was great value for Tel Aviv.
Cons: No waste basket in kitchen? Had to proyown trash bag.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great location. Parking. Big rooms.
Cons: Breakfast not included. Inability to provide few hours late checkout
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Not then ample room in the suite
Cons: clthes storage outside of bedroom
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were very friendly and check-in/out was very easy. The hotel and rooms are very unique and cool. The hotel is based around being art-friendly, and local artists have installations in the hotel lobby, hallways, and rooms. The roof has an amazing garden and is a great place to hang out. We had a great room with a little kitchenette and balcony overlooking a very cute, quiet courtyard. The bathroom was luxurious; it had a nice sized tub (with shower), dead sea salts, and robes. The hotel had parking on site for a very reasonable rate (55 shekels for us). There's a great looking cafe on the premises, though we did not get a chance to try it.
Cons: The hotel is not in central, downtown Tel Aviv, but it is a walk-able distance (2 km or less, I think). For us, we had to walk about 20 minutes to get downtown. The positive part about the location is that it's in a quiet neighborhood.
Good 7.7
Pros: - The staff is fantastic. - The location is excellent. - The rooms are extremely comfortable, pleasant, spacious, modern but not stark. Lovely views from the rooms. Art from local artists throughout the hotel. - The wifi worked very well.
Cons: $review.cons
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The front desk staff was amazing - each one more warm and helpful than the next. They upgraded our room because there was a vacant suite, they gave us a bottle of cava on our last night, and were just a pleasure to speak to and gave great recommendations for dining in the area.
Cons: $review.cons
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Beautiful hotel, esthetic, pleasant staff, excellent location especially for nightly walks in Tel Aviv, great breakfast at the "Benedict" included
Cons: You don't really see much of the other guests, as there are no dining rooms in the hotel.
Good 7.2
Pros: My greater Mind lead Me to making an excellent selection.
Cons: The apartments view.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good hotel. Very friendly staff. Good choice.
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.7
Pros: location, great room, good price
Cons: long time for check in or out - (1/2 hour each time)
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Cunning and furtive personal.gey photos povsyudu.gryaz and idle Internet.
Good 7.7
Pros: the staff could not do enough to help with any thing we asked of them, very polite. we would stay there again enjoyed our stay very much.
Cons: no complaints at all
Good 7.7
Pros: The well-appointed, clean accomodations, rather larger than the ones usually found in boutique hotels - much dedicated young staff, specially the very smiling, hi-touch Manager - this urban location spot can lead to become an ideal alternative from the sea-side uncharming hotel chains
Cons: Choosing Breakfast outside of the hotel with vouchers was at first appreciated, but was discontinued during extended stay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great rooms, large AND clean. Kitchenet included in the room. Interesting art work especially if you appreciate minimalist art. The hotel was just renovated so there is a newness to the decor. Centrally located in town near all major roads. The hotel does have indoor parking but reserve ahead.
Cons: no complaints at all

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Well located, very clean, nice room with comfortable bed, and very helpful staff.
Cons: I would add mini bar products (beverages and snacks)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the location, decor, amenities and bar downstairs. It probably has the best cocktail bar in all of Tel Aviv. It's chill and quiet so you can actually have a conversation. It looks like it was fully renovated not too long ago!
Cons: No complaints - truly a great, lesser known hotel. Just keep it a secret so it doesn't get expensive!

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Simple and easy, great location
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We had to leave early in the morning so we had an express breakfast ready for us and it was very nice.
Cons: We found a toothpick on the table next to the bed and a spot on the floor next to the dresser that was sticky as if something was dropped and not cleaned. Those were our only disappointments with the room and the stay. Otherwise everything was very nice. We were also very appreciative of the complimentary ride to the airport at 3 am on a Sunday morning.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was professional and super friendly. Particularly, Tommy at the front desk. We stayed our first night and our last night during our two week trip. On the last evening, we were upgraded to the one bedroom suite, which was wonderful and roomy. Easily worth the few extra dollars. Happy hour and breakfast were full meals. Easy access to the airport for late arrivals and early departures. Free parking under the building was a bonus.
Cons: Everything was great
Mediocre 2.2
Pros: Close to Airport.
Cons: 1. Location extremely difficult to find. 2. No place to pull up and unload luggage. 3. Parking garage difficult to locate, far from entrance to hotel. 4. A very long way from parking to hotel which is on 3rd floor of mini mall. 5. Staff very rude, unhelpful and uncaring. 6. Mattress very soft and flimsy. 7. Hair found in shower upon arrival. 8. Toilet had not been flushed upon arrival.
Good 7.7
Pros: Staff was great. The room was large, nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great.
Cons: The shower needs some serious cleaning. It is really not that close to the airport. It is easily a 20-30 minute taxi ride which cost $50. There is nothing nearby so there is really not much to do or see if you have a few hours to kill.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: check in staff was excellent, check out was good. Room was very nice. Airport shuttle was perfect, on time and perfect size.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff and great refreshment bar.
Cons: Can’t think of anything.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We were very pleased with this hotel. It was immaculately clean, both public areas and rooms. The staff was friendly, helpful and available. Breakfast was ready early for morning flights and was varied. We particularly appreciated the free shuttle to the airport. Oh yes, the bed was comfortable and the shower good. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The service and food were exceptional; the staff went out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of and answered all my questions about the area! Also, if you are a fan of tea, the selection there was great.
Cons: One of the toilets had constant water flowing through it, which didn't bother me, but if that kind of noise bothers you it could be a small problem.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The staff was great! Property was very clean and the AC was excellent! The breakfast was scaled down but quite good. I appreciate all they did in the midst of the hysteria!
Cons: Nothing really.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Nice rooms, wonderful bathroom, everything working like a charm, very pleasant lobby, excellent breakfast. Completely unexpected quality. Underground garage.
Cons: Entrance somewhat hard to find.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: This is an exceptional property with facilities that were very good. The Happy Hour in the evening was much appreciated and the breakfast was excellent.. Close enough to mthe airport for quick access to flights.
Cons: Nothing.
Good 7.0
Pros: clean-close to airport-comfortable
Cons: -
Good 7.0
Pros: Location to airport; room very well appointed; whilst there, we complained about the car hire firm, but firm turned out efficient
Cons: Bathroom shower design allows water to flow all over bathroom floor
Good 7.3
Pros: Very pleasant, welcoming staff; exceptionally clean and modern; attractive interior and furnishings; free parking
Good 7.0
Pros: Very nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. We stayed here one night b/c it was close to the airport and it was a very nice stay.
Cons: Nothing to complain about.
Good 7.0
Pros: 15 min from the airport, clean room, good breakfast
Good 6.3
Pros: confortable and nice decor. I only stayed a few hours on transit to Tel Aviv airport but it was worth it
Cons: as it was a very short stay I asked if I could had my breakfast in a package but it was not possible. Coffee and cake was offered though as early as 5am
Good 6.7
Pros: A comfortable hotel with attractive interior, close to Ben Gurion airport. Friendly staff and spacious rooms. The location is convenient for the airport, but the immediate surroundings are of little interest.
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.8
Pros: Great experience of israeli kablanim ! Wished, we had one like this with our shiputz! Very good idea to integrate a small hotel in a canyon nice rooms, very clean, no reason to complain
Cons: None, well yes, the information from the homepage where we yould find your ..... to be honest, we did not and had to phone you....
Good 6.4
Pros: Nice, clean rooms, newly decorated. Liked the shuttle to the airport.
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.4
Pros: Nice new facility. The rooms were very nice and the staff was nice.
Cons: I did not receive the wake up call that I requested. This could have had distrous consequences as our flight was scheduled for 8:15 am. Also, I did not receive a print out of our receipt as the printer/computer was not working. I requested a copy by mail. It was difficult to know to go to the back of the complex for the hotel.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast
Cons: Personnel should be friendlier
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Not much.
Cons: They intentionally lie about having parking...they don't. That was a criteria for which I wouldn't have otherwise chosen the hotel! They intentionally lie, and then try to justify it by saying there are paid parking lots nearby. *ANY* hotel in the world can claim that. It's a lie, and it's fraud. The towels are shredded and falling apart. I had no hot water in the shower for 2 days. The shower didn't drain properly, almost flooding the bathroom each time. They offered a certain credit, then tried to lie again when I went to check out by claiming they never made such an offer. Fortunately, I had it in writing and the desk agent chose to disobey a direct instruction from a manager and honor it. Never mind parking...there isn't even a place to pull up a car to stop and unload. I tried to park at the entrance to a nearby parking lot because I couldn't just stop and block traffic on the street, and I was subjected to a screaming verbal tirade from some person who came into the hotel. Don't stay here. Ever. For any reason.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: A very nice and cozy hotel, with good facilities. It's located near Tel Aviv's main park and is surrounded by a lot of good restaurants. Highly recommended
Good 7.0
Pros: The location, the silence in the room, the lounge at the 9th floor
Cons: We decided to take 2 nights in this hotel because we used it 2 times before, and we were pleased by the services; but this time we were disappointed by the fact that we called in advence, to tell them about our arriving time in the evening ,and despite this, at 11 o' clock in th e night waits for us a freezing room w. a not working heating system. They tried to fix it, unsuccesfully and at 12 o' clock at night we had to pack our things and change the room.We told them that we have an appointment early in the morning for surgery. It was very unpleasant and disturbing.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Breakfast and coffee in the lounge
Cons: No desk in the room to work.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The bad was excelent.
Cons: The hotel shows its age and does not look like well maintained.
Good 7.3
Pros: Vertually new, beautifuly designed boutique hotel in the outskirts of Tel Aviv, convenient to exelent Asuta Medical Center and surounded by new hi-tech area. Staff is mostly young, but very accomodating and polite. Exelent breakfast, served both in the dining room and very well equiped big bussiness lounge.
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: The Business Launge
Cons: Rooms was not very clean.. They also provided me with a smoking room which I asked for a non smoking room.. Also you have smoking rooms between non smoking rooms which is not acceptable as the smell goes through the rooms...
Good 6.0
Pros: The cleaniless of the room, the breakfast buffet is excellent
Cons: day of departure, requested a taxi to airport - I was put in a van which is used to transport vegetables !!! I would like to know the name of the person who booked this "taxi" I had to pay the full price 190.00
Good 6.7
Pros: The service was great , they try to make your stay really comfortable
Excellent 8.0
Pros: prachtig hotel, mooie afwerking, zalige bedden.
Cons: little things: no tissue papers in the rooms. During 3 days the same marmelade. There was only 1 kind of marmelade and nobody did the effort to get some different one knowing we didn't like orange marmelade and although we stayed for 3 nights.
Good 7.4
Pros: the staff and the modern deco
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.4
Pros: Hotel is brand new. Trendy place. Almost everything in the place is black. Very well done though. Nice bathrooms & showers. Some pretty good restaurants within a block either way. Highly recommend Giraffe.
Cons: I was hoping for something close to the airport so the location was not really what I wanted, but it was the only thing left. I am glad though because it really is a pretty neat place.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: It is the seond time I stayed there and although I chose it again for a reason, it still exceeded my expectations. Set in a beautiful looking building, the rooms all have character and a unique style, while providing a high level of comfort and all modern facilities. Perfectly located in a very lively area, it is close to all tourist attractions as well as a variety of good quality bars and restaurants. Finally, the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. A must visit place in Tel Aviv!
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: No cleaning on 3rd day despite phone calls. Interrupting us at 3.30 pm on a Saturday afternoon
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly welcome at the early morning!
Okay 4.2
Pros: The location
Cons: The tv remote had no cover for the batteries so they kept falling out and not working properly. The toilet was not cleaned properly from previous guests. It had stains all the way down the front of the toilet. The towels were not white. Some were faded. Under the bed was dusty and not clean. There was no iron in my room. Had to call for the only one in the hotel. There was live singing until after 11pm on Sunday 26 May, which was very disturbing as I had a long day and needed to rest for the next work day. There was also no sign that there would be live singing until a certain time.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A charming hotel with extremely helpful staff in a fantastic part of Tel Aviv. We stayed in 2 different rooms and each was beautifully and uniquely decorated. The beds were super comfotable and the toiletries were divine. We enjoyed being able to easily walk to the beach and had amazing shops and restaurants at our doorstep. All the staff we dealt with were really lovely and took very good care of us. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: I LOVED this hotel! The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating - they made sure I was settled and attended to my every need. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with really cool design in the rooms - I wish my apartment looked like this! The location was also ideal, especially if you like walking around - it is about a 20-30 minute walk from the Jaffa port and a less than 10 minute walk from the shuk.
