only it's location
the room is so messy. bed sheets and blankets are not washed. They also won't lend us bath towels since no more of it are on stock SMH. only 1 elevator is working to serve a lot of guests. they even tried to "scam" us of 20 AUD, we just insisted to check their security camera to return our room key deposit - this could've been avoided if the staff issued a some sort of deposit receipt, not just on verbal. I also find some of the staff rude.. like I know that it is a cheap stay but they could've been more apologetic of all the inconveniences they've caused us. everything is so AWFUL.. this is place is totally unlivable!!
