Cons (-) the room is so messy. bed sheets and blankets are not washed. They also won't lend us bath towels since no more of it are on stock SMH. only 1 elevator is working to serve a lot of guests. they even tried to "scam" us of 20 AUD, we just insisted to check their security camera to return our room key deposit - this could've been avoided if the staff issued a some sort of deposit receipt, not just on...
