9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent, only a few hundred meters away from the main entrance from Petra site. The staff and the owner are very friendly and willing to help you with whatever you need.
Cons: The bed was a bit small, for a tall person a bed under 2 m long it is a bit small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All was really good. Mr Mohammed was very nice and gave us good tips about our Petra visit. Breakfast was very good and very adjustable with time. They were very nice to serve the breakfast at 5:30 so we could leave in time for our early visit to Petra. The location is amazing, only a 5 min walk to Petra’s visitors centre. We would definitely come back and recommend this place :)
Cons: Nothing whatsoever.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel rooms are beautiful, big and clean! The people working there are most welcoming and very generous; for our two nights in Wadi Musa this hotel was a great choice! We also had dinner at the hotel one night which is a must if you stay there! It is not more expensive than the touristy restaurants in town and the food was very delicious! I highly recommend this hotel, you will enjoy it a lot!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: All the staffs are very friendly and hospitable. Free nice coffee and tea and good breakfast. Very close to the entrance of Petra.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super close to the entrance of petra, staff is very helpful in getting around.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly and it was extremely clean. conviniently located for Petra Excursions. Awesome typical Jordan breakfast included.
Cons: Need to improve ammenities. Hair dryer in teh room, electrical outlets and hangers in the closet.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very big room, host was very nice, gave us advice about Petra and prepared dinner for us for a very reasonable price, as we were too exhausted to go look for a restaurant outside. 10min walk from Petra ruins entrance. Breakfast was ready very early (around 6am or earlier) which allowed us to visit Petra early.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location to start your adventure in Petra. Very nice owner and staff, they even make turkish coffee which is free :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Esperanza Petra is just what you need for your time in Petra. It's just a 5 minute walk from the visitor center entrance to Petra itself. The staff have been extremely helpful with wonderful tips about must see spots within Petra and lovely dinner locations. Free parking on the premises and delicious authentic breakfast ! I cannot recommend Esperanza Petra enough and I hope to come visit again sometime.

Petra Moon Hotel - Wadi Musa - Building

9.1 Excellent (1,708 reviews)
Overview Reviews

Featured amenities include limo/town car service, express check-in, and express check-out. Planning an event in Wadi Musa? This hotel has facilities measuring 65 square feet (6 square meters), including a meeting room. Free self parking is available onsite.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to visitor centre! Small plunge pool was nice.
Cons: We got some misleading advice upon arrival about the best way to view the site. Reception staff tried to sell us a transfer to the monastery at dawn for 40JD, telling us it would take eight hours to walk from the hotel to the monastery and back. We were confused as we had booked this hotel specifically for the location next to the visitor centre. We also asked in the restaurant how long it would take to walk to the monastery and were told they did not know which seems highly unlikely and made us slightly suspicious. Upon checking with local friends it became clear that you can easily walk from the hotel (visitor centre entrance) to the monastery and back in four hours, which we were able to do first thing as we were so close and the visitor centre opens at six am. In fact this is the nicest route as you enter via the Siq and you can see the Treasury in the light of dawn. Unless you have health or physical difficulties I would definitely recommend this option rather than paying to be driven away from the main entrance to the back monastery entrance. I spoke to the front of house manager as we were leaving and he claimed we were just being given options. Being offered options is okay, but suggesting it would take eight hours or longer do the hike to the monastery and back is misleading at best. Unfortunately it came across as a cynical money making ruse which is a shame when the location of the hotel is its main draw.
8.8 Excellent
Pros:
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location couldn't be better. I was sad I didn't get a room at the Movenpick, but this hotel surprised me with its amazing suite room, awesome restaurant service and fantastic terrace pool and bar. I was travelling with a toddler and at no time did I face any discomfort with food, service or location. This is a stone's throw to the Petra ticket counter and the views from the terrace are spectacular. There is a small supermarket and 2-3 restaurants at 3 minutes walk from the hotel, so no need to be captive at the hotel. We didnt budge from the hotel after the Petra trek cause food and comfort were so awesome.
Cons: I loved the hotel. Please close your eyes and book this hotel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect Position, very clean, nice pool, great buffet restaurant...
8.5 Excellent
Pros: We previously stayed at the Movenpick which is directly next to Petra Moon at 3 times the rate, so we moved to Petra Moon for 2 nights and found the view to be the best feature, followed by close access to Petra, just 1 block away from the entrance to the Visitor's Center. Air Conditioning was good and the room was nice and cool. Small fridge in the room, and Wi-Fi was good with good speed. Food prices are reasonable for being so close to a main tourist attraction which is of course Petra. Nice rooftop area for dinner has a great view of the area. I would stay again and would recommend it for the value compared to other hotels.
Cons: 1. No alcohol available 2. The only english language channels were BBC, CNN, and had to get them to reprogram the satellite box to get MBC 2, but they were willing to do that. 3. Shower curtain doesn't reach the top of the tub so floods the bathroom floor every time you take a shower.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, friendly staff, lovely swimming pool, very comfortable room and spacious
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very well located Nice room and facilities
Cons: Over priced breakfast
8.8 Excellent

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location and great breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service was excellent ! Location, next to the entrance to Petra- Very good breakfast included in the price ! Beautiful room and nice swimming pool. There’s really nothing negative I can think of to say. We didn’t eat in the hotel. To get to wadi Musa town center you do need to hike up a pretty tough hill or go by car ( taxi)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Close by to the entrance to Petra. Roof top restaurant with a nice sunset view and very delicious food.
Cons: Leaving
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location next to Petra. Comfortable rooms. Excellent food and service. Rooftop pool perfect after hot day in Petra.
Cons: Expensive vs alternative hotels.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly, attentive service. My husband and I stayed in Jordan for five nights and with The Petra Moon for three nights after being recommended by family to stay there. They organised our taxis and tours for our whole five day trip around Jordan and couldn't help us enough with anything we needed, all the trips were faultless. I was over the moon with our stay :) !

Pros: Amazing place! Recommend it for hikers who like the comfort as well as for viewers. Located on the cliff, with a swimming pool idealy to cool down after visiting Petra, very good restaurant serving local food together with tasty breakfast. Grounds were really nice too Very friendly staff, restaurant in particular was very helpful + the food was good. We ordered al la cart as we had a late lunch, but the buffet looked great -20 min drive to Petra
Cons: No alcohol served in the restaurant! Be warned and bring some with you

Pros: A large, beautiful, and uniquely designed hotel. The room was great, and we enjoyed wandering around the premises. The check-in was quick and smooth, and staff were very welcoming.

Pros: The actual place is amazing with great character, it feels like you are in a village. Beautiful spacious rooms, traditionally designed, very comfortable. Food choice amazing at the onsite restaurant , both at breakfast and dinner time. Thoughtful staff. Booked the Hamam experience, I thought to be quite relaxing and worth the money. Would stay here again if given the chance.
Cons: The location is quite far from the actual Petra site, you need a 10-15 min taxi ride which doesnt come cheap.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location only 5 mins walk to Petra visitor centre, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast buffet options and all for a very reasonable price compared to other hotels in the area. Would recommend!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was great. It is literally a two minute walk away from the entrance to Petra! The hotel is very accommodating as we asked for packed lunches on one of the days of our stay as we headed out to Petra bright and early before breakfast began.
Cons: Not a huge issue but the noise really travels from the corridors and the street outside into the room. Moreover, I think it would be great if more water was left in the rooms - rather than having to ask for it. Nevertheless, it was a great stay.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are confortable
Cons: Bathroom quite old, poor breakfast ( no fresh juice)

7.9 Good
Pros: breakfast time the omelet making person was a moody and gloomy and was keeping a unhappy face.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: reception staff were exceptionally helpful - they made fantastic recommendations that meant our visit to Petra was even better that it would have otherwise been, then lent us maps and gave great advice. We took a taxi and went into the complex by the Monastery which meant climbing down the 900 steps rather than climbing up - and in the heat that made a massive difference. They were generous with the bottled cold water. Great bar outside and evening meal was a BBQ which was very tasty, Great breakfast with amazing omelette chef. Hotel is right next to the entrance to Petra!
Cons: there was nothing we didn't like
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location to the Petra entrance and the Cave Bar was superb for hanging out in the evening. The staff was excellent.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: You just cannot beat the location. Right outside the hotel, there is the entrance to the Petra visitor center. The roof terrace restaurant was awesome: the view is super (reserve to experience the sunset there), and the food was simple (Arab grill) but very good. The rooms were quite OK, and the central lounge is just as nice as on the photos.
Cons: The breakfast and dinner food in the main restaurant was OK, but probably not 5-star level.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel's location near Petra's entrance is perfect. There are also several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel that allow you to enjoy the region better. Breakfast was superb, with a varied buffet of excellent quality and several live cooking stations. The interior decoration of the hotel is very beautiful. It was always easy to contact the hotel directly and get almost immediate feedback, which pleased us greatly.
Cons: The extra hotel bed was uncomfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The position is the best in Petra, in front of the gate. Breakfast was amazing
Cons: Everything was good
7.9 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Housekeeping knocking on my door at 8am
6.3 Good
Cons: Watch out for the concierge here -- they will just book you with their friends who are very overpriced and substandard, better off going elsewhere to book tourist activities. Cost is around 7-10x hotels next door. It is nicer, but really struggle to see the value in having to pay 1,000% more than the next door hotels.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The location is good because it is across the street from the entrance to the park
Cons: Staff was a little unfriendly They cut the water for 2 hours The hotel is dated and the bathroom didn't feel super clean Too expensive for what you get
7.9 Good
Pros: Location!!! Super close to Petra. Easy walking distance.
Cons: Bathroom floor gets flooded with water after showering. I booked a king-sized bed and got asked if two separate beds was ok for me and husband. Note: the hotel did eventually give us a king-sized bed.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It is a great location, just across the road from the entrance to Petra. The lounge area is a central atrium and very beautiful and grand. We ate under the stars on the rooftop, which was very special. The food was delicious. The staff were very attentive. We were able to go to Petra when it opened at 6.00 as they organised a packed breakfast for us.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location is excellent. It is right across the road from the entrance to Petra and the Petra Museum. There are a lot of eating options along the road towards the hotel. Staff are lovely and work hard to please. Breakfast spread is the standard Mövenpick spread Decent pool to cool down in.
Cons: The double beds are small (akin to a large single in other hotels) Parts of the hotel including the room are a little tired (though the hotel is going through refurbishment) Housekeeping - replenishment of essentials such as toilet paper is hit and miss No espresso - only Nescafe :(
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extraordinary location. Wonderful rooftop restaurant. Incredibly attentive and helpful staff (Julie at the restaurant took a perfect photo of our group; the manager provided a complimentary cake for my anniversary). Rooms have complimentary mini bars. My Holstein were greeted with free Icecream. Perfection all around!
Cons: Nothing - everything about the property was absolutely perfect.

Pros: Everything was perfect: the hotel and the room was super clean and neat, comfortable and has everything you need. The position is amazing, you have restaurants and shops all around at 1 minute walking, and you can also walk to the archeological site. The staff and owners are just amazing... I totally recommend this hotel!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fine, standard Jordanian breakfast. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Next to city center, 20 minutes to Petra entrance.
7.9 Good
Pros: We actually had to cancel the first night so we just stayed only for one night. We arrived early in the morning, during the breakfast time, so after we checked in we had to run to the breakfast area, in orer to grab something. All the staff was very attentive at the restaurant and the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of Arrabic and Non Arabic goodies. The room was neat and clean as well. Wifi access was good and was provided complimentary. Check out was also smooth and the owner was also polite.
Cons: Before attending Petra by night, we wanted to grab some late lunch. It was actually served a la carte. However it not what we were expecting. We ordered chicken shawarma but the flavor was not what we have been used to eat in Middle East, so we actually had some leftovers, whcih we took with us. The morning we were leaving from the hotel, as we were checking out very early, we asked at the Front Desk to grab a breakfast box, however when we asked the Restaurant Manager, he got upset and angry so he just threw away in front of my face a bag in order to put some breakfast in. I truly did not like his attittude at this moment - as I found it a bit unprofessional!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice location in Petra. Near to markets so has easy access to shops and cafes around. Big spacious rooms.
Cons: Nothing in particular.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice beds. Good location. Anything you need can be arranged.
Cons: No fridge. No bath plug. Small tv
4.8 Okay
Cons: The staff said they don’t have menu for their Restaurnt. They charged us 7$ per cup of tea. I threaten them to call the tourist police then they dropped the price
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location, the nice staff, clean, nice breakfast
Cons: Old and ripped towels, bad Internet signal in the room, no toilet brush, broken chair, the remote control didn’t work. A good place for sleep.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very good location. Friendly owner.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The manager there was very accommodating. It was a great place to stay. I would stay there again!
Cons: N/A
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice stuff! Khaldoun from the restaurant was every morning welcoming us for breakfast with an excellent and friendly attitude. Rooms are spacious and clean. We had a quadruple room which was a great deal. Perfect location too!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: +Clean rooms +very good breakfast (and you can eat as early as 6 if you want to leave early on) +Petra by night tickets on purchase at reception +staff at reception will offer valuable info about visiting the site (hours, location etc) +free wifi +rather quiet area
7.1 Good
Pros: Staff was friendly and lobby was also very nice n clean.
Cons: Towels were not cleaned, using very old towels with very bad quality. No iron and iron board was provided.
6.0 Good
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good breakfast, several good restaurants were very close.
Cons: The rooms are right above the street and there was a lot of traffic noise.
6.0 Good
Pros: The best part of the hotel was the gregarious manager Mahmoud, who is very likable and tries his hardest for his guests. He can arrange anything that a guest needs, from transport to food. I only stayed for one night, but there were no problems, and the hotel is situated in a very good location in Wadi Musa.
Cons: Internet is not free, shower curtain in bathroom didn't do a good job of preventing the water from getting all over the floor. Also, the restaurant that Mahmoud 'recommended' was slightly overpriced and I felt like they were trying to rip me off.
7.0 Good
Pros: We arrived very late and had forgotten to phone ahead to confirm our late arrival. The owner had given our rooms away, but made a very big effort to help us get new rooms and then transfered us to Petra the next day, etc. Was very nice management
7.7 Good
Pros: The staff asked repeatedly how that may assistance us with any needs we may have. Lunch was packed for us which was major convenience as Petra is an all day trip. Would stay there again on a return trip. Location was absolutely the best one could ask for.
Cons: This is not an upscale hotel, but you are there to see the sights and meet people. It is a great place to do what you come there for.
5.3 Okay
Pros: Mahmoud the manager was a real character and would do anything to help.
Cons: Shower and bathroom very basic, not dirty but barely usable. Whole place has seen better days.

7.9 Good
Pros: The hotel is very clean and the bedrooms are relatively big.
Cons: When we asked for an arrangement for a tour in petra by the hotel, the asked price was double from what we found at the petra site. Also the water in the shower was cold.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Many thanks for Mr. Tariq for his cooperation
Cons: Smoking is not allowed in all property
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quick easy check-in and check out. Good breakfast. Most of all the view from our room was gorgeous at sunset.
Cons: Street noise...cars driving by were loud.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel made packed lunches.
7.1 Good
Pros: Clean rooms and friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Comfortable beds.
Cons: A bit of a walk from Petra main gates and no shuttle service to the gates . Booked city view room and was given a room facing the city but on the third floor which meant it looked right into a store front . Other than that, no issue.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: 1. The staff and service (Mohammed at the reception and Sandeep for room service) 2. The location (Sooo beautiful and accessible to city center) 3. The view (upon request a view of entire Petra from room was arranged)
Cons: Nothing to unlike but the property lacked any special facilities. However our intention to see Petra was fulfilled in every way.
6.3 Good
Pros: great location within walking distance (approx. 15 mins) to main gates of Petra. Also lots of local restaurants nearby offering cheap and local cuisine.
Cons: The Minute we arrived (tired after a 3 hour drive) we were being offered trips to Petra at a very high cost and what turned out to be within walking distance.. Most staff were friendly but our first encounter was disappointing. 150 to 250 JD for a trip to amenities close by was incredulous. Rated as a 4 start hotel but definitely not 4 stars..
6.3 Good
Pros: The staff at the reception. Friendly, welcoming, helpful and prompt to respond when asked for extra water for example.
Cons: The breakfast: no fresh fruits, dirty and breached glasses on shelves to use, no real fruit juices, no real jams, stale croissant and bread... The room, unable to enter the bathroom without turning to the side as the entrance is too narrow. The doors to the shower did not join properly, hence water could pass in between onto bathroom floor, toilet seat broken, dirty wash basin seals, dirty sink seals...I have taken pictures of all the above. Plastic cups for fruits juices, Plastic spoons and forks on the room... On arrival, I was asked if I wanted to pay now or on leaving. I answered very clearly "on leaving", so I could use another credit card. Yep, they had used the card on my account without asking me, the night before at around 19h40.
7.1 Good
Cons: Food has to be improved. Many flies around in dinner room.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly.. very helpful.. we had an amazing room for a great price and the buffet dinner was really good value for money! We had a great stay would definitely recommend!!!

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The view from the window and balcony was amazing. The staff were friendly and made required bookings and arranged taxis and also the desert camp in Wadi Rum. But after reaching Wadi Rum, I got to know the Jeep tour was one of the basics which everybody does and there were more tour options to go to different unique places. I also didn't check much as it was a good deal which the hotel arranged which was fine. The breakfast and one of the nights dinner which I got to have there was out of this world (there was a kofta curry)
Cons: The location from centre of town was a bit far. Not many restaurant options nearby especially when they didn't prepare dinner on one of the nights.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It has a really good view from the balcony. You can chill there and enjoy the view. It is not far away from the centre with the restaurants and shops.
Cons: The bathroom could be better. It was really small and not in the best shape. But all in all the hotel is a good choice for a short stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Completely wonderful stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful, I felt they went above and beyond and make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bathrooms are small, yes, but that's really not a drawback to me. I can not wait to stay here again when I return to Jordan. Would highly recommend! (for reason this review shows me as being from Canda, but in case it's helpful to anyone, i'm from the states.)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and informative. Best views Good prices
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent view. Staff very helpful with questions and requests. Nice Breeze outside. Good internet.
Cons: If you don’t have a car it’s quite a walk up the hill from downtown going up about 100m or so. The view is spectacular though.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Public bus stopped right infront of the hostel. The room is decorated in a beduine way. Very friendly staff, helped us arranging a trip to Wadi Rum. The location has a great view over Wadi Musa. to go to Petra, the walk downhill takes about 25mins. Free shuttle service available in the morning. to go back, we hailed taxis or Hilux drivers for about 4JD to go uphill.
Cons: No vibe in the common area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is with amazing view to the city. We had delicious dinner, breakfast and took lunch boxes to Petra.
Cons: Nothing.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The view from the terrace was amazing during the well prepared breakfast. Also when we arrived the staff helped us out very well, we were a little late and still wanted to see everything of Petra of course. They were flexible and helped us with the best solution. We wouldn’t have known the possibilities if it weren’t for them. Thank you.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything: the room is super cozy and clean, the view is stunning, food is nice and the staff is awesome!we had an issue with our rented car and the staff helped us so much I don’t know how thankful we are!if going back to Wadi Musa, I have no doubt I will stay with them again
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff without exception were very helpful and friendly as well as being interesting people. The dinner, which cost 10JD, was excellent. Good food and with a good variety and in a abundant supply. I compared to restaurants in town and they couldn't compete. The dinners included lentil soup, three salads, rice, a main meat, and mixed veg as well as hot hot drinks and a sweet. There was a shuttle each day to the gates of Petra which was helpful. The view from the dining room and balcony was spectacular. Beautiful sunset views and a nice illumination of the mountains in the morning. It was peaceful at night and my room was cozy.
Cons: The rugs were bit worn and things a little dated but everything was in good working order and comfortable.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is nice, many restaurants around the hotel. Room was cleaned daily.
Cons: There was no cold water in the room in the morning. We were not able to take a shower.
7.5 Good
Pros: Positionally very good, walking distance to Petra and both stores and many restaurants all near by. Value for money, you get what you pay for with Wi-fi, air con, comfy bed and running water all there! Unable to comment on the breakfast as I was up and out before it was on to view Petra
Cons: Staff tried to help and provide support, however, very often was pointed to the restaurant whenever I had any queries; and was difficult to interpret and gain clarification on things. For example, I was told the bus would simply turn up outside the front door to get to Wadi Rum, yet wasn’t there around the time stated and a local told me it actually turned up down the road. Also, not nice finding a cockroach in your room. However, after it was found they did move me to another room and the rest was reasonably clean.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Our host was amazing: kind, of great help, good advice... I recommend the hôtel (and the restaurant) without hesitations!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff. The beds were really comfortable, the wifi worked perfectly and the restaurants next door: great quality for a fair price.

Pros: The staff is very kind! Very good breakfast. The location is perfect because is 5 minutes by car from petra, and you can find by walk any kind of restaurant or shop.

7.5 Good
Pros: Beds were very comfortable and staff was very nice, the receptionist was very helpful Perfect location for watching sunsets
Cons: It is quite far away from the Petra site compared to most hotels in Petra, however it is only about 10 minutes by car so it wasn't that negative. Didn't go in the pool but the water really is cold as it is stated in other comments Breakfast has not much to offer The hotel itself seems a bit old fashioned inside and out, could need some renovation
5.0 Okay
Cons: Very Small room, balkony had not enough space for standing there, flies on food during breakfast and dinner. They charged us for water during the dinner.water is a human right! Quality of food was below average and basically limited and also the variety. During breakfast feeding, staff was not always present and have to look and ask for them. Staff was not welcome/smiling, the swimming pool was cold and not inviting, the plugs in the room was not working, the refrigerator was empty and smelly because was not in use. The door of the room showed signs of forced entry and created unsecured feeling.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location, the staff, cleanliness and spacious room
Cons: Pool is way too cold and breakfast could be improved
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location and the building
Cons: Swimming pool was indoor
7.1 Good
Pros: The room was clean, it had a nice view of the mountains. There is a nice big indoor pool. Daily cleaning, friendly staff.
Cons: The location was a bit far from Petra, we had to take a taxi every time we wanted to reach the city. In this period of time, the hotel was expensive. There was not much food variety in the breakfast buffet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location, friendliness of staff, food especially breakfast, cleanliness, swimming pol with gym and their facilities. They offered great coffee (nespresso capsules) for free the rooms. The variety of TV channels, the comfy beds and most importantly the view from the room overlooking the gorgeous mountains of Petra.
Cons: Nothing except the mixed grills dish that we ordered for dinner. I would rate it 6/10. Otherwise the rest of the order was amazing.

Pros: Breakfast was good with lot of variety..!! Very helpful n welcoming staff - When I need to make a call to confirm my booking in Aqaba, the reception staff helped me to call from his mobile. Which is a very nice gesture and shows their gratitude towards the clients. Also they are always welcoming for any suggestions when we probe anything about the Petra..!!
Cons: Location though close to the main area but little far from Petra main entrance, you need to have a car otherwise its going to get 5JD for you to reach Petra main entrance from here...!! Swimming pool was the main reason we had selected this hotel.. Yes it is ok but they could really keep it better.. Even we had visited the hotel in summer... the water is very very cold.. which makes little annoying to use it... they could do some temperature control...!!
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location to visit Petra (5min drive by car). Swimming pool was nice to relax at in the afternoon.

Pros: The breakfast is okay the hotel rate is very cheap, and I was interested in walking around the hotel
Cons: The situation and the price
7.9 Good
Pros: The hotel is conveniently located just five minutes walk from the main Petra entrance gate. It is a perfect location for Petra visitors! The rooms are specious, modern and clean. A wide choice of food for breakfast is provided but sometimes it does not start exactly at 6am, as it is claimed. A breakfast box may be ordered.
Cons: You should double-check the price of the room and never try to walk in without reservation. When I tried to take a room without reservation I was offered a price of 80 JD/night, when I was back again with reservation the price of the same room was 54 JD/night. This situation reveals the dubious price policy of this hotel.

7.9 Good
Pros: 1) Location was great, hardly 500m walk to the Petra entry gate and to the local market. Its a busy street with lots of restaurants nearby, so location was pretty convenient. 2) They booked our tickets for Petra by Night show which was quite helpful as we dint have to invest our time buying tickets at the ticket counter.
Cons: 1) They don't provide water bottles in room, so you have to get your own water bottles from the nearby shops. 2) I had booked 2 standard double bed rooms while making the booking, however, 2 twin bed rooms were given to me. When I asked them for standard king bed rooms they were kind enough to change the rooms, but, the rooms that were allotted were comparitively smaller in size. 3) In room phone wasnt working and we were on the 7th floor, I had made the complaint by going to reception once, their technician came and said it will be working fine in 1 minute, but, it did not happen and the phone wasnt working throughout my stay. 4) Breakfast wasn't very elaborate. It had few options like cereals, cold cuts, breads and scrambled eggs. Very few options for vegetarians. Also, I have observed that most of the hotels don't put name tags in front of the dishes. They should start doing it as some people are allergic to some particular food items and it is not a huge investment for the hotel if they put on the name tags.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Polite and cheerful staff. Bar on the hotel (there are just 3 places that serves alcohol on Petra). Good breakfast with plenty of dishes.
Cons: Loud air conditioning and poor wifi on rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel in easy walking distance of Petra. First I was told my room wasn’t ready even though it was 2pm, so I said no problem. In the time to get my suitcase from the car the super friendly ladies behind the front desk had upgraded me to a nice room with pool view. Great bed, large bathroom, airco, fridge, safe, WiFi, everything you need. And the pool is one of the best things after a long dusty day in Petra. Cool and refreshing, wifi at poolside as well. Perfect! People at the night desk knew my name already and were also super friendly. Even helped me write Arabic on postcards. Birds chirping in the courtyard with cool night air through open windows. Loved it.
Cons: Nothing!
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff was absolutly nice with us. There is a bar near the reception where the barman is nice too ! The swimming pools was quite cool, with a refreshing water, perfect after a long hike at Petra site which is very close !
Cons: Water in the bathroom was only lukewarm, so it was a bit difficult to take a shower on early morning...
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was perfect for visiting Petra- Was only a 5 minute walk to the entrance gate of the park. There are loads of resturants around and it was great that the place had 2 pools
Cons: The wifi didn't work in our rooms which was a let down

Pros: And excellent spot right in the heart of the town and fantastic for Petra, just what you need. Comfortable, clean and convenient.

Pros: Excellent hotel closeby Petra Visitor center with top notch cost for value ratio, comfy beds, good service! Pool is amazing!
Cons: There was construction work during afternoons for those looking for quiet naps...
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Location close to the Petra Archaeological Park. Very good breakfast.
Cons: Wifi accessible only in the lounge. No air conditioning in the room. No shampoo provided.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean room, enough space, nice bathroom with great shower, with a direct access to the pool ! The pool is big enough and clean. It is in the middle of wadi musa but it seems you are in a little Oasis.
Cons: Pillows were hard... not confortable at all. Maybe breakfast could be extend to 10h30 rather than 9:30 for people who want to sleep a bit more after a long adventure day in Petra.
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: One or two very good staff members
Cons: Tired, scruffy and dated Hotel. The pictures do not look like the Hotel we stayed in.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Just that is super close to Petra
Cons: We did not like anything. We were feeling it was really dirty, the room was quite poor and the breakfast really poor as well. The only good thing is that is close to Petra.
