Pros: I really liked the owner, Mary. She visited with the other guests and myself quite late and then got up very early to cook us up an amazing hot breakfast, cooked to order! The house has a lot of history, but is furnished with lovely artwork and antiques. The house is walking distance to the lovely little downtown Stowe. I could not have had a better B&B experience! Thank you, Mary!
Cons: Absolutely nothing

Pros: Very nice inn. Staff terrific. Perfect for a visit to Stowe.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My room was very spacious and clean, had a whirlpool tub, working gas fireplace, and luxury bedding. On-site restaurant was fantastic. Literally steps from other restaurants, cafes, bookstore, arts and gift shops. Keurig coffee machine, small fridge, and robes in room. Wineglasses also appreciated.
Cons: Breakfast was on the pricey side, but portions generous.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The quality of rooms, furnishings and food in the dining room
Cons: The dining room was very busy and only one bartender, waited much too long for a simple glass of wine right at the bar with I my 4 people sitting there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Booked the Green Mountain Hotel for a recent ski trip for my fiancé. We went with another couple and shared a room. I'm not a skier so I stayed behind while everyone else went to the mountain. This hotel was AWESOME! The room was quiet and so so comfy. The outdoor hot tub was so cool especially since it was about 20 degrees while we were there. The gym/sauna is so clean and so nice. We had brunch on Sunday and drinks at the restaurant. The whole place is sparkling clean and everyone is so so nice!! Location is perfect close to downtown restaurants and shopping.
Cons: A little far from the mountain. Was no big deal for us and they have an awesome free shuttle that will take you straight to the mountain but if you don't feel like dealing with the shuttle or if you don't have a car that's good in the snow to get you the 15-20 drive to the mountain you might want to stay at one of the resorts at the mountain.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great restaurant, fun being in town. Large rooms, friendly staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful stay although short. Would love to stay again someday if we ever get back to Stowe. Would recommend to anyone.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: The friendly staff and customer service are second to none. We've stayed in many nice hotels and we've never seen such friendly staff anywhere else. The hotel was wonderful and we'll never stay anywhere else in Stowe!
9.1 Excellent
Pros: We loved the hotel and all the amenities. We had a beautiful room with a good view and enjoyed some down time. All the staff could not have been friendlier, even just passing in the hallways.
Cons: The only disappointing experience I had was that, in this being a leisure trip trip and having the room we did for the money I was looking forward to a little extra relaxing sleeping time in the morning. The main point of the getaway trip was to leave the working world and busy schedule behind to relax. However the room next to ours has young kids that were screaming at 6:00am, and out on the patio being extremely loud, We finally gave in after 40 minutes and realized that we had to get up at 6:40. I thought for the amount of money being spent a night that something like that would have been avoided or more controlled.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The beds are amazing. I don't know what linens they use but they were the most beautiful sheets I've ever slept in. Bathrooms are gorgeous. The pool and resort are quite beautiful and I can't wait to come back in the winter, when I think it will be even more fun.
Cons: Our stay felt slightly like an off-season experience. It was a little quiet but more than that, there was only one bath towel in the bathroom, and lots of empty trays were maybe soaps and things should have been. Also, I placed a room service order and received something completely different when the food arrived, turns out we had an old menu from last year. Finally, I opened the fridge to put things into, and there were 2 containers of takeout left in it. It just seemed like they were short staffed or something. I definitely expected Stowe Mountain Lodge to be on point with details like this and they weren't. Finally, upon check in we didn't receive any information regarding amenities, restaurants, etc. not very welcoming at the front desk, which they need to work on otherwise you get the sense they just want to run your credit card and that's about it. Valet and bell service is outstanding however.

Pros: The front desk man was awesome! And the location was perfect.
Cons: The bowling alley attached was TERRIBLE, the staff acted like we were putting them out by being there even though we’d go in two or three hours before they closed. After the second time we went we gave up, everyone there was super rude.

Pros: Brand new and always kept clean. We asked to be moved into a bigger room and they were more than happy to accommodate us. The pool and hot tub is clean and nice. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were very happy with our stay in early October. The location of the hotel is great, just a quick drive to Stowe village. It's also right across the street from the Alchemist brewery and a few restaurants. We were very happy with the room, it was a little older - but everything was very clean and well taken care of. Each room has a DVD player and you can check out DVDs from their office! They even had new releases :) We'd definitely recommend anyone staying here if you want to stay at a relaxed, family owned hotel!

Pros: The layout was very unique.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: When we first arrived we immediately enjoyed the scenic ennterance with the trees and lights. Was very warm and welcoming. The room was great, food was great and included breakfast!
Cons: The "king" bed was just two beds put together.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We were fortunate to get a room within a 4 hr notice. Our plane got delayed so we needed a room in Stowe for the night. We didn't arrive until after midnight and there was an envelope with a key and note for us. We slept well and were happy to have a hot shower and hot breakfast the next morning. Very charming place and we would stay here again!
Cons: The room was freezing when we got in. The wall heaters didn't take long to get things warmer but it would've been nice to already be warm. The shower head is too small and needs to be upgraded so water hits all of you not just half.
6.8 Good
Pros: Great location!
Cons: Breakfast starts at 7:30, the same time the lifts open. Need something earlier for early morning skiers. Rooms need facelift.
6.0 Good
Pros: The beds and rooms were nice, good value.
Cons: We ran out of hot water one of our nights and the issue never got resolved. Pretty disappointing after a long day of skiing.

7.7 Good
Pros: Location was great outside of town and on the recreation trail. Easy access to town as well as mountain. Was a good location to do fall foliage drives and hiking. Had a good breakfast restaurant with lots of choices.
Cons: Rooms could use an update. Had a strong stale odor / carpet needs to be cleaned or freshened up. Would be an easy fix. Hits you when you walk into the room. Not a deal breaker though to staying again at an overall good hotel.

5.0 OK
Pros: Location was great, indoor fitness gym (do not have to go outside to get to it), restaurant attached also. Great pillows.
Cons: Was told I can buy a $10 voucher for breakfast but when the time came, the front desk and restaurant had no idea what I was talking about. Fireplace in room made a terrible noise constantly (due to wind in chimney/flue), dated, mattress was worn out.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked everything about this inn.
4.8 OK
Pros: Location to Stowe was great, but.....
Cons: Very dataed hotel, which I knew, but the carpet in our room was wet/damp. Terrible!
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Appearance, location relative to Stowe Mt., tennis, outdoor and indoor spas, outdoor pool, game and exercise rooms, lovely and peaceful riverside seeing, covered bridge, nice breakfast - all included.
Cons: Pricey, especially for out of season.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very comfortable, staff was the best ever, great breakfast, and perfect location for skiing-both downhill and cross country. The family loved the Austrian look of the place. It was very "homey" as opposed to the more basic place to stay. Nice size room as well which was helpful considering all the ski and snowboard equipment that we brought. We will stay here again on our next visit. Steve, Tyler and Madison Armstrong Grand Rapids, MI
Cons: My family-my 19 year old daughter, my 21 year old son, and I loved everything. We were also provided great advice on where to eat, etc.
6.0 Good
Pros: The location was convenient - close to the mountain with good restaurant options near by. Bed was firm, but comfortable. Sheets were crisp and felt clean. Pillows were soft. Descent free-breakfast & coffee. There was a washer (or dryer), but not both... probably a dryer, with a foosball and pingpong table. Two hot-tubs out back. I liked being on the first floor and having an interior and exterior access to the room. Made it easy to park right outside the door and not truck all the way through the hotel from the front.
Cons: The room was clean enough, but didn't feel really clean. There were stains on the rugs, bedspreads, walls. Towels were rough.
4.5 OK
Pros: The Innsbruck Inn is clean and has a hot and surprisingly good breakfast. Otherwise, it's shabby. The floors (especially from the floor above my room) creaked, the wallpaper is peeling, the bedspreads are torn, the front desk person thought I was supposed to come the day before (good thing I had my confirmation in hand) and no one was at the front desk or reachable by page when I checked out. Next time, I'll try someplace else.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was fantastic and made us feel like part of a family. The young woman who hosted breakfast really did a fantastic job, as did the character working the front desk. Feels like a portal into the 80s resort culture so if you like that stay here! The con is a bit expensive for the quality, but the breakfast makes up for it.
Cons: The lights in the hot-tub room way too bright, no bench or chair to sit on. The outside hot-tub was on one night but off the second?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Such a unique place, loved the outside and inside it was like a movie! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was outstanding for a free breakfast! So close to the mountain and can't beat the price!
Cons: Bed was very hard
