Cons (-) Least comfy pull out couch (with no extra blankets) of all time. Some dude was helping his friend out at the front desk, aka he wasnt an actual employee. Then the guy took my ID and credit card to photo copy it for 10 minutes out of sight. The outdoor pool was green and not even close to being open. The breakfast was extremely limited.
