Cons (-) I don't understand how if I wanted to use points and money it was $190 plus 25K points, but it was $186 and no points normally. What? Why even have a points program! Masks were not worn by guests in common area/bar or hand area. That didn't allow us to hang out in that area so we were sick in our room. Why have mask mandate if you don't mandate people wear them? Pros (+) We stayed there for a hockey tournament and the staff was great. They even brought Gatorade to the kids at intermission!! Wonderful staff.
