Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff, with several reviewers highlighting positive interactions at check-in and throughout their stay. Some guests found the beds comfortable and enjoyed the lobby atmosphere and activities. However, there were repeated complaints about the elevators being slow or out of service, issues with cleanliness in some rooms and bathrooms, and dissatisfaction with extra charges for parking and breakfast. The breakfast itself received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others disappointed it was not included. Overall, while the service and some amenities were praised, operational and maintenance issues were a concern for several guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
