9.0 Excellent
Pros: The food at breakfast and dinner was very good. Loved the outside jaccuzi, especially the view
Cons: In the evenings, SPA facilities were sometimes crowded and loud. The vegetarian dinner options were often subpar compared to the meat & fish
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful hotel, wonderful spa...great
Cons: Nothing at all
1.0 Poor
Pros: This hotel really has a potential to be a true 5 stars hotel/resort. And we arrived with excellent recommendations from our family and friends who had been stayed at this hotel previous years. We had an early reservation for one room approximately half a year ago and in last minute (literally on a day of arrival) we booked second room. and .... see what happened later.
Cons: 1. When we checked in - we came to dinner at the hotel's restaurant. It took a little long time to bring order to our table, it was not so pleasant, but we decided that sometimes such things happens, human factor, etc. and didn't say anything to the hotel staff. 2. Dinner on a second day was the same and even worse - we came to the dinner at 19.30 (according to the schedule dinner stars at 19.00) and there are already was no available choice from kids menu. I was on a conference call with my colleagues and during hour(!) several times visited table where my family (4 more persons including 2 kids) were sitting and they said to me that nobody still didn't bring them main course dishes. Several times I tried to kindly ask different waiters to pay attention to our table: to bring the order and at least to clean table take out plates after starters (salad bar). Nobody did not do anything. After that several times I tried to communicate to the gentleman as hostess/manager(?) for the restaurant - also NO any progress! Finally Mrs Elizabeth (owner of the hotel arrived) - she was smiling, didn't say any apologies but promised to pay attention to our table. So, the evening was smashed, kids were tired for waiting so long time and strange reaction of the staff (and even owner!). Nothing changed, even next morning breakfast - nobody even took care to clean table when we requested(!) about it. After that we didn't visit dinners anymore (four more evenings). "interesting" thing was that they saw that our table empty every night and nobody even tried to ask about the reasons (considering this previous day experience) But it was not the end, unfortunately. 3. On checking out one more "surprise" was expecting us. For some reason hotel decided that our kid is already (now is the February) 4 years (but his birthday in April) and recalculated the price of accommodation from initial quote.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was superb
Cons: Deserts in the restaurant were not as good as during previous years
10.0 Excellent
Pros: An ideal hotel for winter rest. Large rooms, tasty breakfast and dinner with lots of choice and big spa.
Cons: No disadvantages

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Brand new building, big bathroom and kitchen, you really get what you see in the pictures
Cons: Location feels is away from everything (but its really not but somehow u feel unare in the middle of nowhere), we didnt really get any tools for the fire so it was quite difficult to put more wook in the fireplace without smoking the whole living room
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The apartment/room and the spa area were excellent. Also, the location was perfect.
Cons: Really very minor: The beautiful music in the spa was interrupted by U.S.-American radio commercials. This could be easily fixed with a $10/month Spotify or Apple Music subscription. It would be nice if a small breakfast would be offered.

7.9 Good
Pros: Room is very clean but they didn’t change the cotton pads after I used them on the first day. Staff is very nice and breakfast is excellent
Cons: Spa is pretty small.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very rich and varied breakfast
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel team, breakfast, room
Cons: Pool and sauna - too many people for such sq m
5.8 Okay
Pros: Breakfast is really good. Fresh fruits, good coffee, various range of snacks, yogurts and flakes. Free underground parking is definitely a plus.
Cons: Everything is made from very cheap materials. No bathroom accessories at all except of a shower gel put to the wall. We reserved double room with king-size bed but were given two beds with separate mattresses, which are too soft, and blankets only put together. Cleaning in bathroom was far too way from perfect. Audibility is quite high.

9.6 Excellent

Cons: Unstabile WiFi connection.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and proper
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Overall, comfy bed, wonderful breakfast, nice gourmet evening meals on half board (see pictures), and free outdoor parking (or paid underground garage). From a non-skiers perspective, this place is a great wellness area spot. We have been to many ski properties, which all have to have wellness areas as I don’t ski (only my husband does), and Das Central has by far the largest pool/sauna/steam room/fitness area of any hotel we have stayed at. They also have so many relaxation rooms with day beds, loungers, and even heated waterbeds that you will never have an issue finding a place to rest between each sauna/steam room session. The best part is the included program of activities, from exercise sessions to sauna infusions to peelings and mask sessions in the steam room (see attached photos for examples). When you arrive, you will get a booklet of the week’s program, which changes daily. The sauna area is open from 14:00-20:00 unless there is bad weather, then they open it as early as 11:00. The gym and pool are open much earlier. From a skier’s perspective, while the location is literally smack dab in between the two gondolas Giggijoch and Gaislochkogl that are at each end of Sölden village (hence the name Das Central), their included shuttle service makes getting to/from the gondolas a breeze. My husband never had to wait more than 3-4 minutes for a shuttle, and more often, there was no wait at all (even on the return trip to the hotel). The shuttles are constantly driving back and forth with only a start and end time, but no schedule in between. If you arrive from the gondola, you get in and they drive you to the hotel. No waiting for other guests. They have more than one shuttle, which makes things very convenient.
Cons: My biggest issue was the lack of afternoon snack (aka Skijause in Austrian terms). Every hotel we have stayed at in Sölden, St. Anton, Ischgl, Saalbach-Hinterglemm, etc. has always had a sweet and savory snack (like cakes and soup/stews or sausages) from around 14:00-16:30 in their restaurant. It helps to hold you over until dinner, which we would always partake in because we normally stay in the sauna area until it closes, meaning our dinners started at 20:30 or later, and because the hubby is hungry after a day of skiing.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Delicious food, very friendly and polite staff, comfortable spacy rooms. The shuttle bus to the lifts is super. Spa is perfect, good water temperature in the swimming pool, nice sauna infusions every hour.
Cons: Main entrace doors are closing quite noisy so in the morning I was woken up by my neigbours who went out early morning. Unsufficient parking place on outside parking lot, lots of them were reserved for BMW experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The free upgrade
Cons: That the spa is naked only

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleaness, the owner was very friendly, she helped us whenever we needed and cared a lot. We would recommend this place :)
Cons: After staying in Munich, Berlin and Ulm the value for price in this hotel was a bit high for us, but we understand that this might be due to Location- close to one of the best ski Resorts in Europe.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect. Especially I liked the food in the restaurant and their service. Everyone was attentive and kind. Would like to come back next season.
Cons: The only drawback was a lack of bidet it the bathroom
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location and the service at the Reataurant. Good food, and a very personable touch and careful service by Thomas above all. Personnel is very friendly and professional. Overall a good experience.
Cons: Overall it’s good. Somethings that could improve: Rooms furniture could be better. Mini bar is poorly appointed. And there is no coffee machine nor water boiler in the room.. at the price and with 5 stars, that’s a bit underwhelming. Bar could be a bit more inviting. And common areas (spa) is good- but somehow it isn’t well prepare to accommodate guests changing/showering after a ski day once they had checked out. The staff is very courteous and will find a solution. But again, at 5 starts, the infrastructure could be better. Heating in the rooms is a bit uncomfortable as one can not moderate the temperature.. manageable though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The facilities were excellent and the staff even better. Would go back in a heart beat!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service was immaculate!

Pros: Wonderful location, brilliant service, absolute adorable hostess mrs Falkner. The hostess helped us to book tickets, reserve ski equipment, gave us recommendations of restaurants, spa etc. Very nice, very friendly and supportive. Breakfast was good, everything you need for a good start. Rooms were quiet and decent. Nice, comfortable beds, with good pillows. The reservation included free admission to the local spa - worth visiting after a hard day in the slopes.
Cons: instructions where to park the car could have been better. A local map could have been handy to be given to all customers up on check-in

Cons: Rooms aren’t that big but were more than adequate.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely nice, helpful, professional owner and staff, high quality services, great location and beautiful view. Everything was perfect! Thank you, Matthias Gruner, for your warm welcome! We highly recommend this excellent hotel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and personal staff, for the price point a very nice spa and super ski-room facilities. Junior-suite very spacious and well appointed. Nice breakfast selection, covered parking. Good wine selection. (We had dinner somewhere else, thus cannot judge.) Would go again :)
Cons: We arrived quite late in the evening and found our room uncomfortably hot, even with opened window, using blankets to sleep was out of the question. The heating cannot be controlled by guests within the room. Staff were very accommodating the next day promising to turn down the underfloor heating immediately, albeit mentioning it would take a while to cool. Guests with the same experience thus should request adjustments immediately.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff and beautiful hotel. Great food too. We loved our stay!
Cons: The only thing I would say is that sometimes the room were a little bit hot... We had to open the windows which felt like a waste of heat.

Pros: Superb location if you’re a skier. We were first on bubble and on the slopes skiing at 8.15. Super friendly staff. Really good food and reasonably priced bar.

Pros: Close proximity to ski lift. Attentive staff. Exceptional menu.
Cons: Close to road - traffic noise when windows open
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This property has a perfect location right next to the ski lift with equipment rental and storage on the ground floor, which made it particularly comfortable and convenient. The property is beautiful, stylish and cozy. Staff members deserve a separate gratitude expression - everyone was very welcoming, friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any issue and always cheerful and kind. We had halfboard included, and we were amazed by the quality of dinners at this hotel. Overall, this was a very satisfying experience and this hotel made our vacation unforgettable.
Cons: Our rooms were located right above the apres-ski bar which was quite loud, but only for about 3,5 hours a day (from 3pm to 6:30pm). The upside was that we enjoyed the music they played, but this could be troublesome for other guests.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Wonderful ski-in ski-out experience (red or black slope). Great kitchen with dishwasher (tablets are available). The sauna is very modern and cozy (with Finnish, bio and infrared sections). There is a great Italian restaurant Ischia in five minutes walk. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful.
Cons: It takes 15-20 minutes to walk uphill from the city center to the hotel.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Cosy accommodation. Lovely personnel. The sauna was outstanding (there were several saunas and even massage chairs)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All things
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, very large family room, the staff were very kind.
Cons: Pillows
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Room was very clean, good breakfast
Cons: Bathroom - it would be nice to have a possibility to adapt the shower to the height of an adult and also to have shower gel / shampoo.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The apartment sits on the hillside above Solden with fantastic views across the village and mountains. The balcony caught the morning sun which was lovely for breakfast and yet the room was not too hot in the evening. The apartment was spacious, well equipped (including washing up materials), comfortably furnished, and an excellent base for our mountaineering adventures. Staff were unobtrusive but always available if we needed to ask anything. The complimentary Otzal Premier card was a great bonus giving free uplift and many leisure related reductions. Solden was a good location base to explore the local hills and the Obergurgl and Vent valleys and mountains too.
Cons: The internet was not entirely reliable and was often slow. However the local data service was very swift on 4G+
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The sauna, the kindness
Cons: Nothing
Hotel Liebe Sonne - Sölden - Building
16
9.2 Excellent (287 reviews)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: the Spa was super nice and the location excellent.
Cons: The food could improve (for the price)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: As the other reviewers had said the staff is awesome and very accommodating. The half-board was amazing. Both my son and I are very picky eaters but they always had choices which would please us. The room was quite large and worked well for my son and I as well as our large boxer. We found this to be the perfect location 1/2 way between Langenfeld (Aqua Dome) and Obergurgl (glaciers) -- 15 minutes either direction. The pool was great for the kids as was the game room.
Cons: Unfortunately, it was hot and the restaurant and common areas were quite "stuffy", but there is nothing the hotel can do about that. It would have been nice if they had a "real" espresso machine and barista instead of the automatic.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, nice facilities, lovely restaurant staff, large rooms, bike storage room, garage, gym and wellness area - all I needed really.
Cons: I did not feel that the staff at reception was very welcoming. Whenever asked (for) something I had the impression that they thought they were doing me a favour by answering. However, all the rest of the staff was lovely. I also felt it would be nice for the wellness area to be open a little longer in the evening - it closes at 8pm.
7.9 Good
Pros: Food in the restaurant was excellent
Cons: Noise from the street. Unchangeable tempreature in room at night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff, amazing facility
Cons: Only down side was the bad internet signal in the room

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is good , not so close to the city, but 15 min walk and you are in the city center . The hotel gives you voucher for ski room next to the lift, so you don’t need to cart anything with you! The kitchen is nice , there are everything that you need for cooking . The SPA is wonderful , but working hours is really strict , you can enjoy it only between 16:00 until 20:30, which is actually fine after whole day of skiing.

Pros: The hosts are wonderful. They're there every morning to serve breakfast and make sure everything is too your liking. The rooms are comfortable and really clean. It's a ~5 minute hike to the lifts and you get free depot service, so no toting your stuff every day. After the a day in on the mountain, the welness offers the perfect retreat with three sauna and a large relaxing room.
Cons: The only thing that could come too mind is that the rooms are a bit on the small side. Other than that, nothing

Pros: Very friendly staff, eager to share with us all the possible actovities, very good breakfast, comfortable room. We got an upgrade.
Cons: The guesthouse is very close to hotels and other guest houses. But when in your room, you do not see it. Also, a room on the second floor (3rd if you are American) is tough with suitcases...

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We got a free upgrade to a huge room in their main location in the same street: Haus Andre Arnold. Staff is super friendly, everything is clean and warm Austrian atmosphere.
Cons: Wifi/WLan: the sort you have to log in to every time again via a pop up. So your holiday photos on your phone don’t sync automatically, etc. Feels outdated and bad experience.
