Pickup took almost 90 minutes because a person in front of us was having issues and held up the line for at least 70 minutes (I'm not sure when they actually arrived) and the agent wouldn't assist other people. Car return area was not clearly marked like other rental services, and was not communicated to us. Office was closed on the day we returned the car.Reviewed 25 Sep 2022
