The car used up the battery very fast, meaning I could not make it to my destination and back on a single charge. Charging in Italy would be much easier if Sixt provided a charging card with the car.Reviewed 29 Jan 2023

Excellent customer service at this Sixt location- Via Veneto in Rome at the Marriot hotel- the wonderful Sixt representative Laura helped me with all my needs- her help made my rental experience easy … like all rental companies post pandemic, the prices are too high, but the customer service here at least made the experience go very smoothly…. Ask ahead to set up the driving functions of your rental car - language, navigation, lights, etc. Pair your phone for navigation and understand how it works. It’s challenging enough to do this without being rushed. Your partner will be happier too!Reviewed 29 Oct 2021

Pros:Drop off staff was very friendly (Milan)Cons:When picking up the car it felt like the staff attempted to scare me into signing extra insurance (have separate insurance) and the staff was uninterested in noting additional scratches on the car not registered.
