Extra milePros:Quick pickup and answered questions. Upon return I explained to the gentleman that I needed assistance to get to terminal 2, as I use crutches. His reply was "Let's make it happen" and he dropped me off at the terminal. Made my day!!Cons:Location was a bit of a hassle to get to and not easy to find on return. Excellent....until plans changePros:Excellent face to face staff. Straightforward service, reasonable price.Cons:I had a flight delay and needed to confirm and hopefully alter my pickup date but in spite of hours spent it was impossible to get hold of anyone even direct by phone to sixt hq or the rental office and they have no live chat. Pros:Sixt is great. They were flexible at the return location and time, and the vehicle they provided had just 2500km on it. Daniel Immonen at the rental counter was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions and making adjustments to the reservation. I've had good luck with them, and this was no exception.Cons:The rental car return at Helsinki airport is hard to find, at least for me. The signage was not obvious, and the gps in the rental directed us back to the rental counter, instead of rental car return. We had to go into the airport and ask directions, and even then it was difficult to find. But this is more an airport problem than a sixt problem.Reviewed 4 Sep 2017

View and Baggage Space InferiorPros:I liked how the handled. Also appreciated the auto transmission.Cons:Did not like lack of baggage space. There were too many blind spots, windows too small. Passenger space in the back was cramped and the seat backs in front combined with small window viewing made it hard for passengers to enjoy the scenery. Pros:Great service when i had to charge the vehicle type with email, I filled out all the information on the web site so it was very fast getting the car at Helsinki airport. Nice car (SUV) great on fuel.Cons:Nothing about Sixt but Kayak conformation did not include the "security code" so i could not change my reservation through the web site. Great value for moneyPros:We rented a Skoda Citigo. A bit on the small side for me, at almost 2M tall, but what a great little car. We averaged 4L/100Kms. It was ideal for the two of us with luggage.Cons:A bit like an Alamo rental when you go to pick up the car. Pros:They upgraded me because of other issues.Cons:The customer service line doesn't have a live person or leave a message. And because mine was prepaid I couldn't change anything on the website where it kept directing me. Really frustrating because I was worried they were going to charge for an extra day & I'm on a different time frame. And even when I called during their business hours at an airport no one picked up. I sent email & contact & that solved it. I think this is why I got an upgrade which was fine, but then I got a car that said no pets & I had a pet & woman at ticket counter saw my pet. I was a bit worried, but again the company says they are pet friendly so I just went on.Reviewed 14 May 2017
