Hotel had no heat in the room and the hotel is extremely old with rickety elevators.

Very convenient to Virginia Mason Hospital for pre-op and post-op stay.
We did hear a lot of street noise....the windows are old and thin. We were recommended to eat at their partner restaurant across the street in the Inn at VM, but found it was closed for the weekend?! It was a cold wet walk to the next nearest place. Parking is $24 a day without in and out privileges; we chose another parking garage.

No breakfast offered. Noisy slow elevator that was right next to my room. Few lobby services. Needs soundproofing badly.
Old property in bad need of an upgrade. Prices are out of sync with the value of the rooms....to high costs.
