Pros:
Car was expected, "class & all". Web advert was a Nissan Altima, rented car was Chevy Malibu. Nice condition. The car came with slightly more than 1/2 tank and we returned the same. Was very easy on gas (surprisingly, to us, so), 30+ miles per gallon. Check in was relatively quick, no surprises. I've been Hertz #1 for so many years, so this was different having to go through the entire process. But it didn't take as long as I expected. Return was when the office was closed. A receipt appeared via e-mail the next morning, again, with no surprises. We will be back to rent again.Cons:
It's harder to hit 1/2 tank of gas than I remember. I'm used to filling up the tank and not thinking about it. If this is the worse thing about a car rental, than I'll take this every time!2.0 Poor
