Pros (+) The rooms are very spacious and beautiful. The view overlooking the river was fabulous. The staff is very considerate and helpful. The gift shop had a wide selection of "omiyage" products and was open...
Cons (-) The location is a bit outside the central part of Sapporo. It was a 15-20 min walk to the Snow Festival. The rooms were exquisitely remodeled, but the bathrooms still need an upgrade.
