We always stay at another hotel but we attended a show at the Nescafe del las Artes theatre and this hotel is within walking distance. The neighbourhood is safe, the check-in was very easy and quick. The rooms are not very specious but they are adequate for couples. The location of the breakfast area on the first floor facing the street makes it more open and bright than other Ibis hotels. Our stay was nice and comfortable, we will definitely come back again. Don't forget to tip the maid, they work very hard.

Just the location.
- The room is very small and uncomfortable. - - My room was changed because the window didn't close. - I could listen all the noise of the bedroom around mine. - There were facilities only for one person considering that my book was for two. - At breakfast time there were not plates. When I asked for them, the staff told me I had to wait in a bad manner, it seemed they were angry. - The room looked dirty and old. - Towels were torn.

Excellent location. Breakfast is of good quality, tasy and more than sufficient. The staff at the cafe were very attentive.
An electri kettle in the room would be very helpful. In that case we need not bother the front desk (cafe/bar) for hot water at late evenings and night.
