Aconcagua is in quiet street and vert central to Providencia and las condes. Great value for money, great coffee downstairs, a kitchen provides flexibility central to metro and shops and many great top end, mid price restaurants and the usual endless number of great Chilean eateries.
The elevators are a bit clunky, but they do the job. There is a great roof garden area that is little used and would be great if it had some coffee etc facilities but if you are into self serve you can BBQ if you wish. Travel to Chile on a monthly basis and would be my choice on a location and value for money. You can get places that are more modern but doubt you can better the value.
