Pros (+) Diane & Mary with the concierge we’re excellent!!! Also, the desk staff, valet & bell staff were fantastic.
Cons (-) The spa was mediocre at best.

Pros (+) Extremely friendly and accommodating service! So beautiful and comfortable with a lovely restaurant and outdoor areas galore for enjoying the perfect weather. Especially outstanding service from Vernon, Anita and Marcel! We'll be back!
