Pros (+) Diane & Mary with the concierge we’re excellent!!! Also, the desk staff, valet & bell staff were fantastic.

Pros (+) Extremely friendly and accommodating service! So beautiful and comfortable with a lovely restaurant and outdoor areas galore for enjoying the perfect weather. Especially outstanding service from Vernon, Anita and Marcel! We'll be back!

Pros (+) The location is superb, the ambience was perfect. Clean large rooms, and a lovely view.
Cons (-) Mostly, the staff was great and friendly. However, a bad experience in the bar was really disappointing. I wanted to order a light meal (available there) and a glass of wine. I sat alone at my table for at least 15 minutes, while others who were couples were getting waited on and served. They had even come after me!
