Service staff extremely nice especially reception and bar staff members
The decor was very nice. Beds were comfortable.
The water from faucet in bathroom was yellow even after running it for some time. The is an annoying rumbling vibration from some thing on the roof.
It was so close to the historic square, and within walking distance to so many places.
Location was great. Building was beautiful. Big room and bathroom.
A bit too expensive for the value.
The position, very close to the main tourist attractions
Very very bad internet. Very noisy when flashing the toilet. Very cold in the room either using heating. No enough light in the room. Facilities and room are not value the 300$ per night we have paid for.
