the hotel reaches out to us in the days before our arrival to see if we needed anything. They set up dinner reservations etc. our flight was delayed 7 hours so we missed our first night and arrived at 5am to be welcomed by a cosy hotel room with a tray of hot tea supplies.
The hotel was well decorated, sexy and had a great vibe. The rooftop bar was awesome and had lines out the door everyday for the sunset. But the tenderloin is an awful.
