Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and attentive service, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Many appreciated the proximity to Japantown, restaurants, and shopping. However, parking was a recurring issue, with several guests noting limited availability, high costs, or lack of clear communication about parking options. Noise was occasionally mentioned, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most guests.
