The Hotel was a great refuge during my stay because of the great care they to of me.
The Queen Anne is an absolutely stunning, old world Victorian Hotel. The inside of the Hotel is beautiful and each room has its own unique charm. The main entry lobby is filled with beautiful, turn of the century furniture with a gorgeous fireplace that makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. The breakfast in the morning is amazing and they have fresh coffee all day long, which I love! Lena at the front desk was more that friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. I can’t wait to return.
Amazing historical hotel in Japan town with a very rich Victorian style decor. The room was clean and spacious. The complementary WiFi worked perfectly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, very nice experience and good quality / cost ratio.
Only two minor downsides from my perspective: 1) breakfast quality, which was just ok but nothing really amazing (easy fix: plenty of options available closeby). And 2) the state of the building infrastructure, which was sometime less than ideal. Particularly the windows, which did not provide adequate noise and thermical isolation. As a result, the room can get a bit cold, especially when it's windy (which is not uncommon in San Francisco) and in turn required to switch on the noisy heater. Wish they could do some improvements / renovation there.
