Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transportation. Many found the rooms to be clean and the beds comfortable. However, several guests were dissatisfied with the service, citing issues such as lack of staff responsiveness, problems with refunds or deposits, and poor housekeeping. Room size was a common concern, with multiple guests describing the rooms as very small. Overall, while the location and cleanliness were highlights, service and room size left some guests disappointed.AI-generated from customer reviews
