Cons (-) As a frequent Holiday Inn traveler (I am platinum) I have on my profile clearly written that I want "high floor away from elevator" They gave me the room closest to the elevator on the 3rd floor. After a broken night of sleep from loud elevator bells every hour or more, I don't have a great feel from this hotel...

Pros (+) Hotel in great location for San Francisco sights and night time. Modern building with modern rooms. Comfy beds and clean throughout. Breakfast good for hotel type. Staff helpful.
Cons (-) Front room can be noisy at night. Breakfast room a little too small when busy. Room given not ready when entered had to change at reception.
