Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and several staff members for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, stained linens, and presence of pests. Parking was a frequent complaint, with guests citing high fees, limited handicapped spots, and malfunctioning garage elevators. Some guests also found the beds uncomfortable and rooms outdated or cramped. Despite these drawbacks, positive experiences with staff and the hotel's proximity to attractions stood out.
