Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were highly dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, reporting issues such as roaches, bed bugs, and general filth both inside and outside the rooms. Service was also frequently criticized, with several complaints about unhelpful or rude staff, poor communication, and questionable front desk practices. However, the location was often mentioned positively, with guests appreciating its proximity to attractions and public transport. A few reviews noted friendly staff and reasonable prices, though these were outweighed by the negative experiences. Overall, the hotel struggles with cleanliness and service, but benefits from a convenient location.
