Pros (+) Location, friendly staff, easy check in.
Cons (-) Hard floors very dirty- didn't want to walk barefoot. Beds SO uncomfortable. Elevator and hallways smelly. VERY shady looking clientele- people who were clearly on drugs or homeless. One of the doors to the building didn't lock so anyone could walk in. Buildings located on property in such s way that people could easily hide. Did NOT feel safe walking around alone or at night. Cons (-) Smelt like bleach. Window wouldn't open to air it out. Told the staff but they never came by. Check-in was at 3 but rooms werent clean until 4.

Pros (+) Very Clean and freshly painted Well lit Security guard walks around checking up on the property Cable TV
Cons (-) It is the basic or bare minimum eg. Soap for hand washing but no shampoo or conditioner. Vinyl flooring not carpet makes for more noises above you I thought there was a Zumba class at 8am above me every morning lol Water turned cold after 5 minutes so shower fast!! No closet or dresser for clothes
