Guests consistently praised the hotel's staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, as well as its convenient location. However, opinions about cleanliness and breakfast were mixed, with several guests noting issues such as basic breakfast offerings and cleanliness concerns in some rooms. The pool received negative feedback due to its small size and overcrowding. Overall, while the service and location stood out positively, other aspects like amenities and maintenance were less satisfactory.
