Cons (-) The room was dark and dingy on the basement floor. My room was off a dark hall that had a door that opened directly to the street and was insecure. The hall was very noisy with the sounds from the street. The room had a overwhelming musty smell. The staff was not helpful with my concerns about the room stating that there was nothing they could do because they were full.
