Pros: Friendly helpful staff! Clean!
7.9 Good
Pros: Very friendly staff from check in to check out, as well as the breakfast attendant! The hotel was in a great location, right off the highway. Our room was ready early, and the front desk had also called us earlier in the day to check on our arrival time. The room was clean, and the hotel was tidy. The continental breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The attendant kept it clean, and refilled all of the items continuously! We would stay again!
Cons: The bed was very firm. There was nothing wrong with it, just firmer than we are accustomed to. The hotel is a little dated, but very well kept and clean.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The staff was nice to make the best of a bad situation. I actually felt sorry for them having to run this facility. They did reimburse our money in full when we decided that we just couldn’t tolerate the very poor conditions.
Cons: Room wasn’t ready when we arrived (after check-in time TV didn’t work. When I attempted to call the desk to report the TV, the phone didn’t work. When I used my cell phone to call the hotel desk, I got no answer then a dial tone. I went downstairs to the desk to report the inoperable TV and phone. I had to wait in line behind other folks checking in. A representative came and got the TV working and did something to the phone to get it working. Room was not clean, chairs and beds were worn and tired. After all that, decided to check out the bath/shower. When I pulled the curtain back, the shower curtain rod came off the wall at one end from stripped screw holes that had obviously been that way for a while. It was time to go.

Pros: Hot tub clean and nice. Room clean and nice.
Cons: 2nd card key wasn't activated - we were tired and didn't want to hassle with it. Starbucks coffee in am is great feature; however, the lid wasn't tightly fitted on my coffee and when entering my room, after opening the door, cup tilted, exploded and my hand is now burnt.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Admittedly I was expecting this to just be a room to dry off in before heading off on the rest of my trip, I booked at the last minute after getting caught in a crazy rain storm. But it was the nicest room, with the friendliest people that I stayed in my whole 2 week trip! Highly recommend it!
Cons: The common areas were swarmed with kids when I first arrived and had to dodge quite a few to actually make it to the elevator, but they were reasonably well behaved and not causing trouble...so that's not really even a complaint.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and location.

Pros: The convenience to get there
Cons: We made reservations online. They quoted us a higher price then online We asked for king size bed got 2 full beds. We ended up paying more than what was quoted by AAA. Also what is up with see through drapes and the heaver drapes don’t close. Not sure if I want to risk staying there again. On bottom floor people can see in room with light on and dark outside.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I don't understand why this hotel has a 2.5 star rating. It should rate 3.5 - 4 stars. The room I stayed in was huge and the wifi was top notch. The breakfast had plenty to choose from and as much as you wanted. All in all a really nice stay.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Breakfast was ok
Cons: Smoke alarm started going off as soon as we walked into the room. Waited for over 2 hours for someone to show up only having to switch rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. This property was in outstanding condition. I was a long time (30 year) Priority Club member but stopped using HI Express or any HI because of a very bad experience. I filled out a survey and received no replies from the property owner and HI corporate. NO reply resulted in me not going to a HI for over 15 years. This property may bring me back to HI.

Cons: no couch in room. Only one comfortable chair. There was a desk chair but a couch would be preferred for traveling more than one person. Furniture was a bit run down. TV was small.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed, warm breakfast, big room, clean facility.
Cons: Long distance off of I70.

6.3 Good
Pros: Not much
Cons: No breakfast , terrible value !
6.3 Good
Pros: It was your fault. You neglected to tell us it was under reconstruction. We booked 2 queen beds & only got 1 which was also your fault because they don’t have rooms with 2 queen beds. I got absolutely no sleep because I had to sleep with my husband who coughed & snored all night. I think we need a refund. Probably won’t be using your service again
10.0 Excellent
Cons: New hotel , highly recommend
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was great! Very nice room. Loved the kitchen.
Cons: Was traveling on family emergency. Had to leave one day early and had to cancel for original night scheduled. So need them to refund for that night. We still booked and stayed the one night earlier. Haven’t heard on that yet. Hope they will refund as made a financial burden even worse having to pay the price of two nights for one. I’m sure they were able to rebook that night. Seemed very busy at this time of year.
7.5 Good
Pros: Rooms has been remodeled and were clean and comfortable. First floor was under construction so no services there other than food pantry. However, they did provide free access to a nearby gym which was excellent.
Cons: No hot tub which was in description.

4.2 Okay
Cons: Terrible breakfast. No elevator. Room was dark terrible lighting. Kind of a sleazy place. Needs a major overhaul
5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was good sized. Location was right off highway.
Cons: Hotel was older. Stained carpets, dirty grout in corners of bathroom. Breakfast room was small & breakfast was kind of limited. I thought it was odd that we never saw anyone making up rooms, even though it was after 9:00am. when we left.( could have been a timing thing) There were not a lot of places to eat around there.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Not clean!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Staff, very helpful.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fantastic, and the room was clean.
Cons: Told I did not have darkening drapes/curtain the day I checked in, but the day I checked out, was told every room had them. I probably should have had somebody show me. I stayed by myself, by a truck stop, and the only curtains I had were sheer. I would have moved, but was told my room was the last one, when I booked.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked everything about the motel! It was small but very well kept and convenient! Breakfast was great!
Cons: Only thing that could have been better, my husband is hard of hearing and we couldn’t get closed captioning on the tv! Not a big deal, but he does watch a little tv before going to bed?!
6.3 Good
Pros: Breakfast was okay. Location is good; easy to get to.
Cons: Had an odd smell, almost like mold. Bathroom was not very clean.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location was good
Cons: The room was musty and had a strong chemical detergent odour. Breakfast was below basic
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast had a god selection & was very tasty. The girl who checked us in was so pleasant.
Cons: We were happy about everything.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good location right off I70. Staff was very attentive to your needs. They recommended the "Iron Skillet" restaurant, and it was Fantastic! * NOT TOO MANY PLACES TO EAT AT THIS EXIT!
Cons: Was given a Handicapped room, but really did not bother us after 700 mile motorcycle ride. A free cancellation option would of been nice too, just in case.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice pillows, air works good, right off the interstate so it’s conveniently located near food and fuel.
Cons: It is pet friendly so I believe that’s probably why the carpet had a funky smell. Not like urine or that but like wet dog. But it is what it is I’m sure all the rooms weren’t this way. Also the pool had clean water but it does need a thorough cleaning on the bottom of it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, price and I liked the tea in the pitcher in the lobby
Cons: Our carpet was wet and it made a funky smell in our room

5.8 Okay
Pros: right off the interstate. Dog friendly. Room Amenities include a fridge and microwave
Cons: The room smelled like dog, my daughter said it smelled musty. Yes we traveled with a dog but whatever they use to clean doesn't have to smell after the pet you travel with. it was explained that there is a dog area on the back of the property but the room keys doesn't work there so keep the door propped- fine. However that area was also used to store broken AC units, a toilet and other garbage that should go into the dump. So cleanliness is a big negative there. We were just driving through, arrived in the middle of the night and missed breakfast as they stopped serving at 9am. We probably didn't miss much.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location worked for us very well. It was clean and generally friendly staff.
Cons: A bit worn but not in disrepair. I had a dispute with Wyndham Rewards the left me the impression the staff characterized our stay to avoid getting the credit I believe I was do.
6.3 Good
Pros: Employees were very friendly
Cons: The room had a bad smell. Carpet was dirty
7.0 Good
Pros: Convenient location. The room was clean even thought there was evidence of a lot of wear. Bed was comfortable and the ac worked well.
Cons: Frayed wall covering; paint chipped off of doors. Corridors showed a lot of scuffing. For all that, I would stay again. It was a fair value for just a place to spend the night.
5.0 Okay
Cons: They had done some ceiling repair and it still smelled like drywall plaster
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent value. Clean room. Breakfast included sausage and eggs. Friendly staff. Very pleased!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice room and clean bathroom
Cons: Poor lighting in hallway by mirror
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The room was dirty. Plain and simple. I don’t normally write bad reviews for hotels. But this place was so gross. Found previous guests bathroom soap in the shower and the sheets weren’t clean. Found several strands of hair and stains.Had to ask for new sheets which we had to change out ourselves. No apology or anything. It was disgusting and I don’t recommend anyone going here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was good.
Cons: We liked everything.

1.0 Poor
Pros: Was a cheap price.
Cons: Breakfast was advertised. No breakfast available. Advertised a pool. Pool has been shut down for a long time; probably forever according to clerk. this motel should not even be a 1 star rating. Used to be a great motel; NOT ANYMORE!!

Cons: The breakfast was horrible. The women how handled the breakfast was very rude.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Price
Cons: Went to room, door propped open, bed not made, shower curtain missing, tv remote would not adjust volume or power, ice machines broken, coffee lids did not fit cups, no ladle for gravy, no coffeemaker in room, no fruit or yogurt. Sucked
1.0 Poor
Pros: That I got to leave. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Broken door locks. Key cards that repeatedly did not work. Supposed continental breakfast had practically no food. Absolutely no fruit & no coffee. How can a hotel have NO COFFEE?
Cons: Could not check in for at least 45 minutes because the desk clerk was upstairs cleaning a room. What kind of a hotel has the desk clerk acting as a maid? Plumbing did not work. Dirty & very rundown. I was so damn glad to get out of here & go to La Quinta

Pros: The staff was nice.
Cons: Broken entry locks no security.Noticed food on the floor from breakfast. Went to room and had a big stain in middle of floor with the office chair torn/cut up. Pool was broke so no pool. Shower had bar of soap with hair on it Not mine. Broken hair dryer.

Cons: Staff didn't know what was going on. Woke me up on last day to say I wasn't showing as checked in even though the person asking was the one that checked us in. Room was given to another guest while we were in it and they walked in on us. Total mess
6.0 Good
Pros: Price was the best feature. Price is the only reason that I would recommend. One of the evening clerks went above and beyond to accommodate use, they were the only one working for the entire hotel.

Pros: Location was good. They were nice to switch us rooms. The staff was nice; what little there were. Temperature good in room

7.1 Good
Pros: Location and took pets.
Cons: The Pool was so small and the Bed was awful! It was like sleeping on a blow up mattress. Awful. The Tub water faucet did not have hot setting. Took a cool bath. We stayed on the 6th coming through and had same problem with water then as well.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location just off highway. Breakfast is good.
Cons: The light as you enter the room was nearly burned out. HAd to feel around the bathroom in the dark to get a light on. Then the shower fixture was broken, so it was like Russian roulette to find the right temperature. Wet spot on carpet. No adj to bill.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was great and the staff was extremely pleasant.
Cons: I paid for a king room with king size bed and 42 inch tv with cable tv and spacious bathroom. Bed was barely a queen size and room had dirty bathroom and trash under the bed. Had an additional photo of trash underneath my bed but somehow got deleted.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It was back off the main street, so it was quiet. The elevator was close to the lobby. The black lady cleaning the rooms was very sweet and friendly! Even though the air-conditioning went on and off, the fan was always running, so it didn’t wake us! The price was good! Everything seemed very clean.
Cons: The property is getting older, so a lot of the paint needs to be touched up.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was OK.
Cons: More variety for breakfast choices.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This is an older pet friendly hotel. It was clean just worn. For the price it was fine. I did not smell any pet odors others have mentioned.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location. Needed a place to stay that was affordable in Salina.
Cons: Wish for non-dairy non-gluten breakfast options.
6.3 Good
Pros: Easily accessible to the interstate.
Cons: Check in was a long process. Only one staff member was at the front desk. I messaged the facility requesting a first floor room. Received reply the request was approved. Upon arriving was told bottom floor was reserved for customers with pets.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the breakfast and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for everyone.
Cons: I highly recommend this hotel for everyone
4.6 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was great and the staff was very nice
Cons: The hotel is run down-the rooms need painting. The carpets were dirty. The location is terrible-right behind a large truck stop so we listened to diesel trucks all night. The beds were terrible-not comfortable at all. Will not re book at a LaQuinta if this is indicative of their hotel conditions.
7.9 Good
Pros: The Breskfast was good!
Cons: The Pool wasn't big at all. The Bed Sheets looked dirty.
7.9 Good
Pros: We liked that the room came with a fridge and microwave. We also liked that it was on the highway and easy to access. We also liked that there were gas stations and food places close by. We liked how big the room was. We also liked how friendly the staff was.
Cons: We didn’t like all the noise from outside (though we understand it was because we were so close to the interstate). We didn’t like that there were unpainted spots around the room and halls, it made it look a bit dirty. We also didn’t like how easy it was to hear the guests in rooms beside ours and in the hall. We could hear a man coughing throughout the night in the room next to us. We stayed with our two babies under two, and they were up crying throughout the night, so I know the other guests heard us too.
