Pros: I forgot my ID at the hotel check-in. I left to go to dinner and got pulled over for a headlight issue. When the officer ask for my ID I realized I forgot it on the check counter. The hotel counter person BROUGHT me my ID. ABOVE AND BEYOND.

Cons: We were very disappointed in the pool. It looked great in the picture but the water was way to hot. The windows were open in the room and the air did not work. They finally put 2 fans in ther but it just blew around the hot air. Very disappointed.

Cons: The room was old and they tried to update. But failed. Paid extra for a king suite. The couch was 50 years old and smelled and was covered in stains. I got very itchy. We had to check out immediately and booked another hotel in town. No refund was given.

It was close to conference center. Staff was courteous and professional. With the air conditioner going I never heard any of the other guests.

When said something about it and room was picked up by me before I was asked to leave since he didn't want rumors to spread..I lost money and has no place to go for half the night. I would have changed rooms but no option but leave. Found out later that they do have bugs and a had bites all over her

Pros: A good enough deal, but the housekeeping staff needs to look behind the furniture sometimes, and the office staff could be more welcoming. Room security could easily improve as well. My main gripe, though, was that the router was too far from my room in the corner of the property, & I couldn't get a strong enough wireless signal to use the internet. But it was late & I was tired so I didn't complain or change rooms.

Cons: This is not a show place. The furniture is worn, very comfortable and clean but worn. The back bathroom wall was freshly painted but some previous paint was curling/peeling.

Cons: There was a lot of noise outside of slamming doors people yelling, kids and grownups running up and down the stairs and in the room and jumping off of beds above me. Smoking too close to the building the smell wafted into my room.
