The cleanliness of the room and that you can get more points for not having your room cleaned.
We were placed in the room right next to the elevator so we didn't get the best nights sleep. Kept hearing everyone talk, cell phones ringing and such.
The room was very clean and up to date. I like that there was both a bar and restaurant in the hotel. The location was very good.
As others have noted, the parking is problematic. The self-parking lot is across the street, and isn't a very good value. We had issues leaving with our room key card, but the response over the intercom was prompt and effective.
The location is perfect for the location for my meeting.
Only a few small gripes
The customer service was very good and all the employees, with one exception, were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and there was a little sitting area with a big window and city view.
The pool was very small and stayed shaded almost all day. Even at noon only half of the pool had sun on it. In terms of the room there was no fan in the bathroom to help ventilation.
Shabby...just shabby
Location
Not new, worn, dated
Great location
That’s a is close to everything downtown
I hated paying $32 per night for valet parking
Restaurant services available
Limited menu at restaurant and room service. Very pricey.
Everything!
Nothing!
I like everything
We stayed at floor 25 , and you can hear the noise of the elevator all night long.....
Weird smell in my room
My room had a subtle odor to it. I was charged $50 with no explanation. The room was right next to the elevator so I could hear all the loud talkers outside.
Clean, modern room
Did not have free parking or WIFI
Great Place. Great Location
Great location. Walking distance to restaurants. Donut shops. Thrift store shopping everything. We stayed for an athletic event but had some time to do other stuff. Close to a 7 eleven if you need a quick snack and self parking was across the street but easy to get to. A lot of homeless in the area but there is nothing the hotel can do about that. Just be cautious when walking at night.
