Very kind staff.
The hotel is not clearly marked. My GPS said I arrived and there wasn't a sign for the hotel anywhere. It took 3 times to finally see the valet sign. That was very frustrating.
Every product and service was extra: water in room cost money, the fee to park at hotel was ridiculously expensive $27 each time you parked AS A HOTEL GUEST!!
Contemporary hotel with beautiful design and overall service. High-end and trendy amenities. The lobby smelled amazing- I wish I knew what scent or aromatic candles they use. Pool area was nice.
Beautiful hotel, and friendly staff. And it's right next to Golden One which was why I booked here, for the concert I went to. The valet parking was fast, and efficient, as well as simple. The room was, by far, one of the cleanest I've come across.
Nothing except no free parking, but that's Sacramento. And there was no coffee maker in the room. It's the first hotel I have stayed in that didn't have a coffee maker in the room. I guess that's because I had to order a pot of coffee and it was 25$. Just regular coffee.
Bedding was nice.
No. We were there to attend a wedding so not much time to enjoy amenities. Wanted to make a reservation in Revive for wedding after party but it was too expensive.
